The chicken is always moist and tender, and the dressings are to die for especially the Ginger Lime. I am very pick about my dressings and I will eat any of the dressins from Salata. I got a wrap last time and they put a tiny bit of chicken (maybe 2 oz.). I asked for another small scoop and they said it would be $2 more. I wouldn't recommend salads or wraps to anyone looking to get a good meal. My recommendation to mgmt, don't be so stingy with the meat portions. Might be good if you are getting a green salad with no meat. Also there are not many low-cal or fat free dressings. I think just the mango salsa dressing which leaves much to be desired.
