MY REVIEW: Best garlic/onion sausage anywhere. Compares with C*ity Market in Wallis, Texas during the 1950's! Boudain and Tasso as good as, if not better than Pt. Arthur's J*uDee's from years ago! I'm a BOI (born on the Island) and will NOT get sausage or boudain from anywhere but Leo's!!!

MY REVIEW: In my previous review I voted the pork sausage my favorite. But I went back and now think the beef cannot be beat. Also had a single serving of jambalaya that had so much chopped-up sausage that it was practically a meal itself. Man, this is good take-out. As long as Leo's is in business, I will gladly drive the 30 miles rather than buy supermarket sausage ever again. It's that good!

MY REVIEW: Having family cook-out on beach today so I stopped in for crawfish boudin, mixed sausage (pork, beef, garlic, onion) and just pork sausage. All great---think I like the pork best. Some of the best to go food is at this little place. The line was long, but they do a good job moving customers thru, so wait was not long.

MY REVIEW: Best boudin outside New Orleans (especialy the crawwfish and smoked). I drive down from Houston just to get some for my family about once a month. The folks inside are so nice, service is very effecient, and the food is wonderful. I am going this friday to get some boudin for christmas gifts!!! 5 stars for these guys!!!

MY REVIEW: Leo's has the best Bar-B-Que around. We eat there on the average of 2x a week. Quick and easy to get in and out. Would highly recommend to everyone!

MY REVIEW: Passed by this little take out place for years and always wondered about it. Finally stopped and what a find! Sampled gumbo, beef sausage wrap (both very, very good). But crawfish boudain was to die for. Took home a large link of homemade pork sausage. Already started eating on it; this place knows sausage! Will return next time in Galveston to take home and try other items such as red beans and rice, riblets, "regular" boudain and other items I can't remember. Hint: get there before lunch hour to avoid the crowds you are sure to encounter in their tiny waiting room.
