Although there arent many tables in the place, we were lucky enough to grab one and enjoy a nice sit down dinner. The pizza's are huge and full of topings. Even the plain cheese pizza is fantastic. I had a Margherita pizza as recommended by the lady from the Italian consulate that orders from there all of the time. The previous review referenced a margarita pizza (correct name is Margherita) and that it did not have any pizza sauce. For those that don't know, Margherita Pizza is never made with pizza sauce. The garlic bread was to die for and the tres leches cake was the most amazing I have ever tried. Don't change a thing except for a few more tables!!! No tomato sauce, just a big pile of cheese on a mushy crust. Service was incredibly slow. They must have cooked the calamari and let it sit the half hour it took to make the pizza. It was very cold when it arrive and had several pieces of shrimp rather than squid. Will NEVER go here again. My husband and I are from the Chicago area and this pizza is the best we've found in Houston/Katy. The homemade touch shows in the food. The restaurant is a small, cozy place with great atmosphere. I had a margerita pizza with mushrooms and peperoni, the crust is one of the best I have had in Houston/Katy, the mushrooms where delicious! This business is very close to Grand Lakes/Cinco Ranch ares so no need to go to Houston for delivery or take out. I highly recommend this place, I am looking forward to go again and try either their sandwiched or another pizza! The owner is always there, so you do get a good service, the restaurant is small so if you like cozy, quite places, this is a good choice to try.
