Mazzei's Gourmet Pizza

MY REVIEW: This places is sooo good! Delivery is super fast, food is always fresh, and straight out of the oven. Customer service is great & the delivery drives are always very kind. I will not order pizza from a chain restaurant again. Keep up the good service :-)

MY REVIEW: THE PIZZA IS JUST GREAT!!!!I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE HARSH COMMENTS. THE OWNERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICES IS REALLY GOOD. I THINK IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE TASTED IN HOSTON/KATY SO FAR. I COME FROM CHICAGO AND PIZZA IN NHOUSTON IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. MAZZZEI'S IS DIFFERENT. THEIR DEEP DISH PIZZA IS AWESOME!!!

MY REVIEW: All I can say is the people who have written the negative reviews, are exagerating the poor service, and are just picky rude people who think they are the only customer a place could possibly have. I know pizza, have worked and managed in the pizza business for a long time, and Mazzei's is one of the best places i've eatten. To the person who said Mazzei's didn't know what a Margherita pizza was, aparently you don't know what one is. What they gave you is exactly what one is. The is no sauce on a Margherita pizza! Besides, read the menu, it tells you EXACTLY what is on the pizza. Chain pizza places have ruined pizza, and I love small "mom and pop" pizza joints like Mazzei's. I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as I live in town!

MY REVIEW: I WILL NOT order from here again. If you are going to change your prices, whether its been 2 days or 6 months, you need to make changes to your prices on your website as well.

I ordered from the lunch menu and when I questioned why my order was $9.00 more the guy rudely responded "our prices went up over 6 months ago." I told him the prices online were the same, so then he responded "Well, its been over 6 months. I'll tell you what, I'll bring you a new menu," being rude and obnoxious again. My response? "I'll tell you what, cancel my order."

A few months ago my order was incorrect and I was told I'd get a credit. When I called to order with my credit I was told no credit was given to me. Service gets worse and worse.

I can't tell you how many times I've ordered from Mazzei's, but after that I will not be ordering from here again!

MY REVIEW: They call their pizza Gourmet, but to me it was just a regular pizza ...Food was late and pizza crust was burned and cold, for calling this pizza "Gourmet" and charging that kind of money they ought to use better ingredients or change their name to just Mazzei's Pizza.......Wont go back there again !!!!!!!

MY REVIEW: Fantastic! The pizza was something special! My family and I dined there this last week - highly recommended from a friend! Exceeded my expectations for sure. Their ceasar salad was delicious! The Alfredo Pizza was one of the best I've ever had. The service is extremely friendly. The restaurant is very nice and clean. We had a great experience and will definately be back soon!

MY REVIEW: The pizza here is very good! My husband and I have gotten a pizza "to-go" and we have dined in. Although there arent many tables in the place, we were lucky enough to grab one and enjoy a nice sit down dinner. The pizza's are huge and full of topings. Even the plain cheese pizza is fantastic. We will return to Mazzei's many more times. Good job!!

MY REVIEW: WOW...the pizza was FABULOUS. I had a Margherita pizza as recommended by the lady from the Italian consulate that orders from there all of the time. The previous review referenced a margarita pizza (correct name is Margherita) and that it did not have any pizza sauce. For those that don't know, Margherita Pizza is never made with pizza sauce. The garlic bread was to die for and the tres leches cake was the most amazing I have ever tried. Don't change a thing except for a few more tables!!!

MY REVIEW: Horrible pizza. They don't know what a pizza margarita should be. No tomato sauce, just a big pile of cheese on a mushy crust. Service was incredibly slow. They must have cooked the calamari and let it sit the half hour it took to make the pizza. It was very cold when it arrive and had several pieces of shrimp rather than squid. Will NEVER go here again.

MY REVIEW: Absolutely the best for miles and miles. I am afraid the secrets out as last time I was there it was standing room only. I've had the pizza, thin and crispy and meatball sub with their homemade meatballs and it all was to die for. It's what are family will be eating every Monday night with the large pizza special. Owners are so friendly and accomodating. It is truely one of my altime favorite pizza places. Keep up the good work.

MY REVIEW: This place is absolutely fabulous! My husband and I are from the Chicago area and this pizza is the best we've found in Houston/Katy. The homemade touch shows in the food. The restaurant is a small, cozy place with great atmosphere. Owners make you feel welcome. We will definitely be returning here and bringing our friends!

MY REVIEW: This is a great cozy restaurant, not formal, but quite nice and with good service. I had a margerita pizza with mushrooms and peperoni, the crust is one of the best I have had in Houston/Katy, the mushrooms where delicious! This business is very close to Grand Lakes/Cinco Ranch ares so no need to go to Houston for delivery or take out. I highly recommend this place, I am looking forward to go again and try either their sandwiched or another pizza! The owner is always there, so you do get a good service, the restaurant is small so if you like cozy, quite places, this is a good choice to try.

MY REVIEW: Absolutely fantastic pizza and sandwiches - Definately the best we've found in the Houston area, and that's alot coming from native New Yorkers! Great friendly atmosphere and super personalized service. Couldn't ask for a better place to sit, visit and enjoy a great meal.
