I wouldn't say it is as good as M*el's. Their chicken sandwich is good, however it needs an extra sauce to really give it pazazz. Their fries and onion rings are good, but again they need a signiture dipping sauce to really get me back there. One thing I do like are their low prices and generous kid meal portions. They must grind their own meat at the location. It was outstanding. The onion rings are hand battered in the kitchen and were fantastic. The fries are crispy and not the "coated" kind that I see other places lately. I am a fry purist and these were really good. They were battering a chicken fried steak that had to be 14" across. I will have it next time. They are owned by the same family that owns B*alderas Tamales. Try those too!
