MY REVIEW: This place is well-known for their bun bo hue and its reputation holds up well. My only complaint is that I don't like the mixed herbs/veggies that they serve with our bowls. Shredded lettuce doesn't suit my taste and they give too few shredded red cabbage.

MY REVIEW: Do not let the rundown look of the shopping center stop you from coming to this great noodle place. The item on the menu that they are known for within the Vietnamese community is the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy beef noodle soup) and the Bun Rieu(Tomato noodle soup with crab). Everything else on the menu is good but the dishes mentioned are excellent.

My family and I have been coming to Kim Chau since I was a small child and we continue to frequent this great noodle house. The staff and owner are friendly. This definitely makes up for the bad decor, but one comes for the food, not the ambiance.
