I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant and then I knew I was when I tasted my pork schnitzel!!! Our waiter, Jimmy, was extremely helpful and very professional. When we met the manager, Gary, my fiance and I were very comfortable speaking with him about booking our wedding reception. We had the most wonderful service and hope to go back soon for the Sunday brunch Jimmy told us about. I can't wait to have our wedding reception there and see how our family and friends feel about the restaurant as well. NAME: Aretha Frazier SUBMITTED: 4/22/2008   LAST VISIT WAS: April/2008 FREQUENCY: Visited once MY REVIEW: this was my first visit, i have heard great things about this restraurant so i decided to go there.. its probally the only white table cloth restraunt in pasadena.. they have a great waitstaff, the prices are kind of high but you get what you pay for.. they cooked my steak the way i ordered it, the crab cakes are really good, the lobster bisque was very good. overall i was very satisfied with my visit to this restraunt and i will return again.. We weren't very hungry, we just wanted to check out the new place and I was very surprised. The atmosphere was very, very nice. Nicer than the previous restaurant at that location. We had appetizers and they were great. The Calamari was delicious, not rubbery like other restaurants I've been to. We also has stuffed jalapenos. They were huge and delicious. I'm glad Pasadena is finally moving up in the world of good restaurants. We have ordered almost everything on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. The crab cakes are divine, the soups are amazing, the steaks are HUGE and tasty. MY REVIEW: My wife and I enjoyed everything. we had an amazing 4 course meal starting with our delicious crabcakes which are the best i have ever had, next we enjoyed our one of a kind house salads, moved on and had the most amazing lamb and my wife had the stuffed pork chop, and ended with beautiful homemade desserts. this place is the best restaurant pasadena has seen. we are also looking forward to sunday brunch coming soon. We liked it so much the first time we ate there we started planning our company Christmas party that night. The steaks were prepared perfectly and the crabcakes were some of the best I had ever had in Texas. All of the sauces were really flavorful and the bread, don't get me started on the bread! They have only been open a few weeks and this has already become the place we go to meet the parents for dinner, they loved it too!
