We stock up on Marcie's "Frozen Assets" and have great meals at home without having to cook. Last year I ordered our Thanksgiving meal from her, and I swear I will never cook another Thanksgiving meal. Portions are very generous. We have ordered salmon in restaurants that is good and cooked salmon at home that is great but yours was definitely best – it had a great flavor. We cooked it about 22 minutes and it was medium rare just the way everyone liked it. The asparagus bundles were delicious and so attractive. Everything else was great too - the potatoes, the cookies and, of course the cake. The rest I am sure will be just as good. Thank you for providing my daughter with such a great birthday dinner.
