MY REVIEW: Not even the putrid, moldy smell of the Tunnels can ruin my appetite for Poblano's. The creamy green sauce is hotter than Hades but worth the effort. Red sauce is just as awesome and a little less spicy. My favorite dishes here are the beef fajita nachos, caldo de reyes, and barbacoa tacos. Everything else looks just as good too!

MY REVIEW: I visited Poblanos Mexican Grill on Eldridge yesterday and was quite impressed with the flavor of the food. I ordered the beef fajita nachos, which were excellent. Also ordered the tostado platter, and also very good. The beef fajita meat was very flavorful and ample.

Service was great. Only complaint is that the two salsas with the chips were very spicy. I typically like very spicy hot salsas, but both of these were a little over the top for me, but I still couldn't stop eating them. I would have preferred for them to be less spicy.

Overall, this was a great experience and so glad that I found Poblano's. I will definitely go again. Prices are very good too.

MY REVIEW: My Husband and I work at the reliant building on Main and Lamar...since the time the restaurant opened up in our building, it is always packed between 11 and 2...we always thought that they are giving something away for free.

Anyhow, one day, we decided to take a late lunch at the Poblano's....One of the best mexican food we have had...and definitely, the best in the tunnel...awesome enchiladas and to die for fajitas.....a must recommendation to all.....

MY REVIEW: My wife and I consider ourselves regulars here. even though we've only been in Houston since Feb 2008, we found this place and have placed it on our regular list. Mexican food done like it should be, not blanded over for the local populace. We have been going for breakfast pretty regular the last 3 months and everytime the food and coffee is excellent. Also, they keep serving breakfast after eleven for those of us not on someone else's schedule.

MY REVIEW: We recently discovered Poblanos while out looking for something different for weekend breakfast. What a find! No waiting, great service and fantastic food! We ordered take out another night and it was equally as wonderful. The staff go out of their way to please their guests... a pleasant departure from so many other places these days. Oh, and the bonus is you may order breakfast any time of day. Enjoy... I know we will!

MY REVIEW: We stopped by for breakfast on a weekday morning and it was good. I had the egg and potato taco and it was steaming hot and a generous portion. My husband had the eggs rancheros and he liked it as well. The coffee was piping hot, despite there being no other customers when we got there. The waitress was very good. We will go back.

MY REVIEW: Had driven by place and curious and saw they served breakfast so dropped in. Nice place. Has a nice view of Eldridge. Roomy. Along west side of Eldridge.

I had chiliaquiles and eggs and they were great. Struck me as more Mexican like meals at Mexico's D*eli than the Tex-Mex we get. Came with 2 eggs, refried beans, potatoes [needed seasoning or should use hash browns] and main course crispy taco chips topped with green chili creamy sauce. It was delicious. Was $3.99 which is competitive for breakfasts. The machacado and eggs, pulled pork, sounded good too.

The rest of menu looked very inviting. Prices competitive. Will be back some time for lunch and breakfast again.

MY REVIEW: I discovered this place the day it opened and would have liked to keep it a secret. It is too good. Get there early for lunch and beat the crowds. Prices are Taqueria level for High Quality food made with incredibly fresh ingredients! The waitresses are cute and all of them watch your glass of iced tea and are willing to bring you anything. I reccomend the Steak Torta as one of the BEST STEAK SANDWICHES in Houston and a BARGAIN!!! The Fajitas are top notch as well!!!

MY REVIEW: Awesome and affordable food. They have white cheese queso that is irresistible. I have a group and friends that go there at least once a week, sometimes even twice a week... Definitely recommend !
