MY REVIEW: Thanks to TH for getting Fiesta Taco listed on B4-U-EAT. I should have done it myself a long time ago. I retired 3 years ago, but ate breakfast there several times a month for 25 years as my office was close by. Boy do I miss their breakfast tacos and green sauce! I still go every now and then. It's a long ways from League City, but always great to visit with John, who owns the place along with his Mom. They are wonderful folks. Go a couple of times and they will call you by name. Best breakfast tacos I have ever tasted----no other place can compare. And you will not believe the green sauce. Not thin and vinegary like most. Thick, velvet texture and HOT!! They also make a great carne asada burrito that calls out for the green sauce, but you have to ask for it, otherwise they will serve red sauce which is pretty good too. Of all the place where I eat out, Fiesta Taco has the most loyal customers. And with good reason----they treat you like family and feed you like family. I have been going here for years and their basic bean, potato, and egg tacos cannot be replicated. It used to be a great bargain and the price has gone up several times since I have been going here but it is still worth it. Excellent quality food. The mornings are very busy and you should call ahead if possible. I don't know how one of the owners remembers me, but he remembers my name even when it has been a few months since my last visit. So if you are in the area in the mornings, I highly recommend you trying their breakfast tacos.
