Goods baked on the premises are delicious. Owners are very interesting, friendly and accommodating. To these coffeehouse buffs, this place ranked in the top two on our list from the first visit. The atmosphere and clientele are eclectic. The Latin/Jamaican influence make this place the most interesting coffeehouse in the greater Houston area. Stir It Up now has skim milk for espresso beverages. The owners added it recently. I hope people give this place a chance. If you are on the east side of Midtown on your way to or from 59/288, give this place a try. The owners are very nice and hands-on. The food is good. My only complaint/request is they need to have skim milk available. Every coffee house I go to has skim milk available as a healthier option. 2% milk is not good enough. I would go to this place daily for my cappucino, but due to the lack of skim milk I go to SBUX instead.
