The food, however, was good. I had the Kung Pao chicken ($4.75) and the chicken was tender and well cooked. My coworker liked the General Chows chicken ($4.95). The dishes, however, were not very spicy. The iced tea was flavorless. Definitely an older place. I'm not sure how they make money, perhaps the takeout or delivery does well because when we left only 3 tables (including us) had eaten lunch.
