MY REVIEW: Yes, the parking is a little difficult! But, that's not necessarily Raffa's problem. I have had several quarterly report meetings in the Wine Room, which are terrific! The staff is very friendly and service oriented. Also, have dined there several times for pleasure with the same consistency of good food and service. I would like / prefer the bar separated from the main dining room - that's my opinion. The restaurant is beautiful! A good touch for Kingwood. We'll always be back.

MY REVIEW: We went to Raffa's for the brunch and it was the best we've had in years. The food was wonderful and plentiful! Bottomless Mimosa's and awesome entree's combined with great service will definately have us coming back! We also visited the previous week and the valet area is smaller so there are more places to park your own car. It is a newer restaurant, so we, of course, knew to make a reservation so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. I know that they have recently fixed the "Loud" problem with some acoustic measures. Overall, we love it and so have all of the out of town guests we've brought in the past! We'll be back soon!

MY REVIEW: If you park your own car in a space that Valets use( which is most of the lot) be ready to be corrected. I eat out a lot mostly upscale and have never seen the attitude their Valets have. Not a good start. Mentioned it to management and nothing was done to correct the problem. A long on your feet wait with reservations for a very bad table. People were bunched up like cattle in the waiting area. My wife and I froze as we were seated at a table in the bar area. Not even a table cloth. Food was just ok. Nearly $200.00 for this. I don't think so! A miserable evening all around. Will not be back ever!

MY REVIEW: We enjoyed our meal at Raffa's. Wait staff was attentive and cordial. My wife had the flounder and I the beef bourbegnon. Both were well prepared and the right portion. We shared a creme broulet that my wife, the expert, thought was the creamiest and freshest she's had in years. The prices weren't too bad either.
The bread needs work. Need spell check for some of these names!

MY REVIEW: We LOVED Raffa's! The interior was beautiful and had a good vibe. Didn't notice the noise level being particularly high, but maybe it was because we were the ones talking & laughing too loud!
Our service was excellent and the food was awesome. We like fine dining, so we tend to be critical when something isn't up to par. There were 6 of us and each had something different from the menu. Everyone loved what they selected.
They need to add a drink menu in the bar ~ will sell more alcohol that way.

MY REVIEW: The food was wonderful; the restaurant was very loud; the service was very disappointing. We will probably give Raffa's another chance. Maybe they were short handed on wait staff!!

MY REVIEW: This was our second visit to Raffa's. We went with another couple and shared the crab cakes and brie appetizer - both were very good. My wife had the veal chop which was pretty tough, but the redfish was very good. We had a side dish of asparagus and mushrooms (good), and mashed potatoes (very good). Overall atmosphere was very nice, although a little loud inside. I agree with other reviewers that I wish they did not allow shorts or "t-shirts". Looks too casual. Wait service was very nice and prompt. I think it's still maturing as it's only been open for a couple of months. Only about 3/4 full on Saturday night at 7:30pm - a little surprising.

MY REVIEW: Very good. Service was efficient and friendly, food was great! The grilled scallops were a delight and the baby back ribs were tender with a sweet spicy sauce my wife really loved. Wine list was short, but with some interesting options. The vanilla bean cheesecake was light, smooth and delicious.
We will definitely be back.

MY REVIEW: My experience at Raffa's was not a good one. My chicken was bland and the pasta had absolutely no flavor. The crab cake ordered tasted that of just butter alone. Nice wait staff, however, a wait staff is not why I dine out. I expected alot more from Raffa's and will not be returning. The prices as well did not go with the quality of food we received. Had the food been better what we paid for dinner would have been totally acceptable, however this was not the case.

MY REVIEW: Loved it! My wife and I are fans of fine dining and have visited most of the nicer restaurants in the Houston area. Raffa's has the feel of a five star facility and the food is surprisingly inexpensive and very good. We will be making our second appearance tonight and plan to become frequent patrons. The menu is somewhat limited but we were told that they are in the process of implementing daily chef specials to add some variety. I strongly recommend giving it a try.

MY REVIEW: Food was great at a fair price. They also had a fairly good wine list. I took my wife for our anniversary thinking that the place would be a little more formal. Most of the attendees were wearing casual to formal attire but many were in shorts, tee shirts and tennis shoes. Looking as if they just finished playing a round of golf or tennis. It would be nice if they had somewhat of a dress code at least no shorts and shirts with collars for the evening dining hours. Kingwood needs a nice semi-formal dining establishment even if they charged a little more for the meals. The restaurant is very elegant and the ambiance was nice. As the restaurant got busier the service got slower but overall my wife and I were very happy with our meal.
If this review gets noticed by their management, I would suggest having music wired outside on the patio, which is were we chose to dine.

MY REVIEW: Fantastic new restaurant right on the water. Food was excellent and wait staff was attentive and helpful. Everything was first class. Place was just open a couple of days and it was already packed. Going to need a reservation.

MY REVIEW: We had a wonderful "first" experience here when we dined on the fifth evening they were open. It was great seeing a "full house" of diners at a new venue. The grilled Brie appetizer was wonderful and worth trying to re-create at home. My wife's filet was a little over-cooked, but still juicy and flavorful. My double-cut pork chop was hugh and unbelieveably moist and the house special "mashies" were very creamy. There was tremendous value for the high quality of our meal. We will definitely return and tell others about our experience!
