Bavarian Cakery

MY REVIEW: I'm a wedding planner and getting married myself this year. I went to the Bridal Extravaganza and my fiance' and I tasted the cake, the cake was to die for and my fiance' wanted it for his grooms cake. I ALMOST suggested it to some of my brides. My niece loved it to so as a surprise gift, I took her to the bavarian bakery after school one day so she can order the cake she liked for a birthday. Normally a bakery needs 2-3 days notice to make a cake. We wanted a 10in cake for approx 10-12 people. When Elaine walked in her attitude was as though we were bothering her. She said she was too busy and it was not enough time to make a cake. Then she said it would be too hard to make pink icing w/ red trim (my niece's fav colors), she could only do white icing. Then she prceeded to rush us into a decision. I got so mad I told my fiance' and niece, let's go. Needless to say, Bavarian Cakery will never get mine or any of my brides business. Is the cake good to taste? Absolutely. But Customer service is the worst I've ever experience....Good Luck.

MY REVIEW: I tried their bavarian cheesecake cake @ the bridal extravaganza this year...oh so goood! if it wasn't over $5 per person, I would have ordered my wedding cake from here!
