Recently, after being diagnosed with Diabetes, I have had to be very choosy about what i choose to comsume. No worries here, with that. The big sip, counts as two fruit servings and they add no sugar/sweetners, or any other artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors to their drinks and they taste FANTASTIC! All of my family, even the kids have enjoyed their smoothies rather well.
