MY REVIEW: This a nice little place, the coffee is great, the guy that made it for us was the executive chef for the place and was very helpful in explaining all the deserts and how they make most of what they sell.. the only down side is that the wait staff are the typical lazy teens that you find in the woodlands... The coffee is great here, and so are most of the desserts. but I fear that they won't make it unless the reformat to more of an upscale coffee house/ cafe like the ones in Italy, Austria, or France.. some thing the woodlands doesn't have, and being in market street would be a great draw to the people, They would make more money, and afford better waiters...

also I 've noticed that they are only open form noon to about 10pm.. If they oppened early say 8am and closed at midnight, They could capture all the morning traffic going to all the offices in market street. I work Above them, and would rather suport a local merchant than a global corp. like Starbuck$$$$$ which is the only choice for morning coffee in the market street..so if the owners read this please open up in the mornings... and make some morning breads, like Dannish and Muffins...

MY REVIEW: The desserts were honestly only average -- we had one of the chocolate truffles and a chocolate cake of some sort -- but the coffee was truly out of this world. The service was a little disorganized, but I suspect that was simply because it's still quite new. We'll be returning!

MY REVIEW: The quality of the chocolate and the desserts served are excellent. The service is young and inexperienced, but not lacking in energy and positive attitude.

However, the ambiance just doesn't quite make the grade. I was hoping for more of an adult oriented cocktail/chocolate lounge atmosphere, this comes off more like a M*arble Slab with dim lighting.

However, the interior has been improved since our first visit. On our first visit, which may have been the opening night, there was a soft drink/water display case by the register. Totally out of place in this little valentine heart box of chocolate setting ! But, the next time we went in, the soft drink display case was blessedly gone. Now, if they would just put in a bar... and offer chocolate martini's...

MY REVIEW: This place is the perfect addition to the woodlands. wonderful market street location. It is a dessert and coffee rstaurant. Their desserts are true works of art and their coffee is superb. They make all their own cakes etc for dine in and take out. Very refined european style cafe and they only serve illy coffee..which if you havent had it ..it is incredible...it is new so the service could have been better but I am sure when they work out ay service kinks this wil be a place to see and be seen in the woodlands...
