MY REVIEW: I really wanted to like this place. I love middle eastern food. Falafel was great but everything else that I purchased was so filled with lemon juice that I could barely eat more than a few bites. The owners were totally nice and wonderful to speak to. They even offered us a few samples of other things. I just wish they would use much less lemon.

MY REVIEW: One of my favorite places to eat in Houston, with good food, friendly service and reasonable prices. The chicken shawarma is my usual, with the lentil rice. Always great taste, fresh and generous portions. Especially like the hummus. Got a free bowl of lentil soup on last visit and it was excellent, even though I don't usually like soup. The TV can be distracting at times, with pretty loud volume, but that's about the only thing I could possibly be unhappy with. Highly recommended!

MY REVIEW: It was terribly hot inside, placed our order at the counter, we were told it was a hot meal. It came before the appetizers. The meat was ice cold and terribly bitter from possibly bad limes. Hits you in the checks, would not mind if it tasted good but it tasted bad and I love Mediterranean food. Neither of us could eat it. The appetizer was ok but not worth the heat, the noise and the money. And, this is before the higher heat indexes from our lovely southern weather.

MY REVIEW: The food is home made. The athmosphere is very cozy. The service and the staff are very friendly. Is like been at home! I recommend all the meats, the best Babaganough in town. The Falafel is excellent too. The experience is always great!

MY REVIEW: I would recommend this place to anyone. I got the lamb shank which was absolutely fabulous. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff was extremely friendly, we were brought complimentary dessert, and the hummus was to die for. It certainly is the best Mediterranean restaurant on the west side of town. Prices are excellent and portions are large. I will certainly be back for many more visits.

MY REVIEW: The service was very friendly and warm, which we really appreciated. The shaved lamb/beef was on the dry side once it was served over the rice. The hummus was very good as well as the rice and tabuli. We would return but would probably not order the beef kabob. It was not good at this particular visit and we returned it. The owner apologized and without question replaced it with a new plate of chicken kabob which was VERY good. The atmosphere was great and the place was nice and clean, especially the restrooms!
