MY REVIEW: For those who love to eat but have little time or culinary talent in the kitchen... get a chef. It was the smartest move I ever made.

Dominique is Suisse trained and can make anything you want, however, I would strongly recomend that you tell her what things you like and let her dream up something divine for you. Her menus are far better than anything I ever imagined! I would rather eat at home than at any 5 star restaurant.

Dom excells at: European - conventionally grown, organic, vegetarian, vegan or raw! She is very attentive to details and does not need monitoring!
