Highway 105 Grocery & Deli

MY REVIEW: This is my first visit since the place changed hands & was updated some. The wonderful burgers are back. Everything seems to be the same as before. Likely the folks cooking in the grill are the same as before. I saw several old customers and they seemed to be completely satisified. One did say the burgers are cooked well done now, so if you want one exactly like before, order it medium well.

MY REVIEW: Well they knew my name. The business has been sold. I called to see if the new owners still made burgers and really could not understand the 2 different folks I spoke with. I was told by someone (not at the store) they no longer operate the grill. I do hope to find that the family that operated the grill pop up somewhere. These were w/o a doubt the best burgers in Texas, possibly the entire country.

MY REVIEW: We ate burgers here 4 times in the last two weeks. Since my original posting, we have eaten dozens of their burgers (always the cheeseburgers). Every on has been fantastic (and huge). The grill is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

MY REVIEW: I travel more than 60 miles to buy a hamburger at the 105 grocery & deli. they make the best hamburgers in the country. it is a very nice country atmosphere and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will keep on coming back to the 105 grocery & deli.

MY REVIEW: This places makes the best hamburgers & cheese burgers I have ever eaten and I've eaten my share. They are huge. Every order is made to order. But the most wonderful thing about these burgers is that they taste great. They also have a very good chicken fried steak. I cannot vouch for the other offerings because I've never gotten past the burgers or chicken fried steak. This place is not close to fancy. It is basically a small country grocery with a grill and wonderful food. (They close early two afternoons a week.)
