Kremi Cafe

MY REVIEW: I didn't have high hopes since I've been disappointed with just about every restaurant in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The gelato was creamy and fresh tasting. They were short on flavors, but the man behind the counter explained that the person who makes the gelato did not come in that day. I'll buy that this time. This is not the best gelato I've ever had, but for the price, its hard to beat. I will be back.

MY REVIEW: Very good Gelato! The service is prompt and friendly, and the portions are a good size. I didn't find it cold inside, at least compared to outdoors. The couches are also quite comfortable and the coffee is good.

MY REVIEW: We have benn going here since it first opened. Great gelato! I can't confirm that it is any worse or better than the place on research as the previous review says, and I've never been to Italy to know what "real" gelato is, and I'm certainly not a chef, BUT I knows what I likes! And the cafe mocha is...well...the only ice cream I really eat anymore. My wife's favorite is the Mango.
This place is owned by the family next door at Pho Be. Have a nice light dinner there and follow it up with some refreshing gelato outside on the patio. (it is pretty freakin' cold inside)

MY REVIEW: My wife and I had seen this place and thought we'd give it a chance. Having spent a month in Italy in January 2007, we are in search for good gelato. The food is mediocre, and the menu is VERY limited.
The last reviewer is right - it's very cold in the restaurant. However, I can't agree with the last reviewer's opinion about the gelato. We were very diappointed. It was too hard, which is an indication that it's not true gelato.
If you're looking for good, authentic gelato, try S*orbetto's (Gelato Cafe) on Research - it's in the same center as The E*gg and I and B*uffalo's.

MY REVIEW: This is the best Italian ice cream (Gelato) that I've ever tasted. It's a bit cold in there. However, it's probably that way to keep the ice cream cold. It's also a very neat, modern looking restaurant. Prices are reasonable & the fat content is low compared to regular ice cream. Also, it's made with all natural ingredients. Definitely worth the visit!
