MY REVIEW: If you are reveiwing this like a restaurant or like a movie theater, you are missing the point. They have food, but it is more like pub food; just good enough to work but not the real reason you go there. It is also not the place to view a movie if you are someone tho is very picky about seat-feel, and serious film buffs might be bothered by the waiters.

This is about the whole combined experience. You can have a couple of beers which helps the comedies to be that much funnier, and you can eat dinner AT the movie, saving time. The eclectic little films they show before the movies are funny and cool. They have theme nights where they show older movies and that is a neat thing too. It is my favorite place to go see movies.

MY REVIEW: This is an update to the scathing report I posted earlier. We went back and it was great service with a friendly, speedy waiter.

MY REVIEW: I like the place, it has pretty good food. Love the Italian soda caramel and apple. If I wasn't taking medication, I would be drinking margarita and some shots throughout the moview. Staffs are nice. One time they had a technical problem and we stayed about 30 minutes at room before they had to switch to another room. However, they gave us a rain check and for me that is great customer service courtesy. Well go again and again.

MY REVIEW: our last visit was absolutely horrible!! It took 20 minutes to pick up our order. After waiting an additional 45 minutes to get our DRINKS I went to the lobby asked to see a manager. I waited 5 minutes, saw him walk by me several times and finally approached him myself (remember I am missing the movie). I told him the situation and he acted totally put out with me. I told him that it wouldn't matter so much, except that we had ordered the mini-keg of beer, and we weren't going to be able to finish it. He said, "It's a 3 hour movie, you'll be able to finish it". I went back to my seat. They gave my husband his beer. Still no water for me. Our meal came 20 minutes later. I asked for water and the server said, "I'm not your waiter". Never got the water, no comps, not even "I'm sorry for the delay". My husband and I really used to love this place. It will be a long time before we try it agian.

MY REVIEW: We go to the Katy location on a regular basis. Food has always been better than average to great. I have always been offered refills and have had check backs by the wait staff. They don't come by as frequently as at a traditional restaurant but that is due to the type of establishement that it is. When you get your food, and your server is present, ask for what you need (refills or anything else) then and there and you will get it.

I love the dinner theater concept.

MY REVIEW: About what you'd expect in a theater/dining experience, but certainly okay. We do it fairly often, and while the food isn't spectacular, it's always good. Lemonade pitcher is a bit weak for my tastes, but the burgers have always been okay. Good fries. Wait staff tries hard, but like someone else said, this is a dark theater, so expect that to play a part in the service. No refills or whatever - just an order taken and then a bill presented. Fiar for the price and convenient. Good idea.

MY REVIEW: Had a great time - we went to see the free showing of Lost. Service was a little slow, but its understandable given the dark setting. The drinks list is HUGE which was a nice suprise. The buffaloe chicken salad is great - very spicy though.

We would definately go back again...it would be good if they showed a few more classics (pulp fiction, etc) as there is so much junk on at the regular cinema now, but I really liked the atmosphere there, so any excuse to go again!

MY REVIEW: This is a movie theater that has been converted to serve food & drinks during a movie. We attended with three other couples for a first showing of the new season of "24". We were seated in a theater with an active roof leak which left a large hole of the ceiling. Several seats were covered with plastic. The splash from the water dripping from the ceiling was still hitting the patrons. After several people complained we were moved to another theater. as far as the food, my grilled chicken sandwich was not seasoned and very bland. There was no salt & pepper available and our waitress never reappeared. Tortilla chips were served with the sandwich and again these were unsalted, bland and only enough salsa for just a few chips. The sandwich and a coke for my wife & I was $30. The lights under the service tables were left on during the entire showing, that coupled with the distractions of the wait staff moving around completely killed the suspense of the show. The theater picture quality was not the greatest, the seats are uncomfortable and the sound was poor. On a whole it was a very unsatisfying experience.
