My daughter & I picked up a couple of truffles and got some sugar free chocolates for my mother in law. Except for the pineapple wasabi (couldn't taste the wasabi) everything was yummy. The sensual aroma of chocolate wafts in the air as you enter & the staff is very helpful. We will be returning. MY REVIEW: Service is somewhat slow, and their machines never seem to work, however their product is surprisingly delicious. Being a diabetic finding sugar free chocolate that is made fresh is hard to come by. They have a wonderful selection of both sugar free and sugar filled delicacies. I had to special order a chocolate violin for my daughter's orchestra teacher, and they had it ready for me to go the same day. Owners are very nice and usually offer a free sample to me when I go. The Gelato is superb and the designs are very detailed. I do recommend a second chance for these folks - they are too only human with a desire to help us chocoholics get our fix. MY REVIEW: I never did get a chance to try the products at Shakolad, but I can tell you that the service was very poor. I live nearby and was going to purchase a present for a friend. They waited on the people that were in the store after me, although I placed the order. The one who appeared to be in charge, took my order, then went to ring someone else up. The assistant went on to take care of the man who came in after me. I was in a hurry and very disappointed!!! I will never go to that store again!!!
