MY REVIEW: All the praise, glory, gratitude and thanks belongs to All-Mighty GOD. With my experience and in my opinion, the most consistently delicious pizza that I ever eat is at Crespo. The consistency and repeatability of fantastic pizza, time after time, is remarkable to me. If you like pizza and you are looking for a great pizza eating experience, I highly recommend that you try Crespo. I would like to thank the Crespo Management and Staff for taking care of its customers and community by offering high quality pizza and focusing on customer service. And, I am grateful to All-Mighty GOD for allowing my family and me the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful pizza.

MY REVIEW: Hole in the wall pizza place but very very good pizza and breadsticks. Prompt service, EXCELLENT FRESH ingredients, awesome pizza crust. Small but very friendly atmosphere. great prices for the awesome quality of the food. We will be back!

MY REVIEW: I try to make it a point to try out smaller, sometimes out-of-the-way pizza places because I love finding a good pizza and Crespo's hits the spot.

The pizza is truly the sum of its great individual parts: the crust is like a sumptuous baguette: crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. The sauce is delicious and you can taste the crushed tomatoes, plus they don't slather it all over the pizza (and I don't have to ask for light sauce)...it's enough so that you can taste it but no so much that its splattering all over the place and overpowering the rest of the pizza. The cheese tastes fresh and delicious, just the way it looks when it comes out of the oven and you can actually see the difference. And the taste of it is FANTASTIC with the crust and sauce.

The meatball sandwich was a very pleasant surprise...for the same price as meatball sub you can buy at a larger chain restaurant you get a sub that is the best I've had in the city. The bread is toasted lightly so that its not too toasty on the outside but the inside is still soft enough to soak up the sauce. And of course, the meatball itself is very tasty and flavorful.

This place is truly a testament to the fact that attention to detail makes all of the difference. The fact that the owner (Sam, who is a character) is very hands-on and will chat you up and can talk to you about the ingredients, is open to suggestions and the like lets you know that he takes pride in the food, and you can taste it.

If I had any qualms, it would be that I wish it were closer out to where I live (or they opened one either in Sugar Land or Katy) out in Richmond.

Great place, very quiet and tucked away and the food is a hidden treasure that you should share with friends and family. Oh, and the breadsticks are awesome :)

MY REVIEW: Best Pizza in the area! I usually go with a co-worker and everytime we eat here, it's exactly what we wanted. The varieties of pizza are awesome, you'll definitely find something you want. The caesar salad is good and they're very generous with their serving. Ask for the breadsticks...they're so good. Taste of butter and garlic on top, just delicious with the salad. I'm glad we found Crespo and will definitely keep going there!

Weak points: Good for smaller groups as there is not a lot of seating area and the place is SOO good it's always packed!

MY REVIEW: In one word: SUPERB. This place is a true gem in Houston. Halal, Fresh, Delicious, Perfect Crust, Generous portions, Down to earth service, ORGANIC dough are just some of the great things that come to mind. My family stopped by here after reading the reviews and let me say words cannot express the delight you feel when you are served professionally with exccellent food. We will be back soon and encourage anyone who wants a quiet delicious salad and pizza meal to stop by at CRESPO!

MY REVIEW: There are Pizza places and Pizza places in Houston,but there is one that stands out among all of them as far as Iam concerned,and that is this little Pizzeria.I am from New York,where there are some realy great Italian Pizzerias and I say this pizza ranks wright among them.The suce is not overly spiced like a lot of places, the cheese is creamy, and very tastee, pepperoni is not greesy and burned.Last but not least the crust is absolutely New York the best. Bravo!

MY REVIEW: I've been going to crespo ever since I was referred there by a friend about 2 months ago. I absolutely love it and go as often as I can. The pizza is always terrific.

I always get the supreme with no bell peppers. They never mind making a custom order and are always pleasant and friendly when I go there. The patio is terrific to relax and have a great meal on a pleasant day. I recommend them to all my friends and co-workers!

I stopped by Crespo's with a friend because we were both hungry for pizza. He's worked nearby on Gessner for years but had never heard of the place before. It's kind of obscured from the main street. He wanted to go somewhere else because he wasn't convinced the pizza would be good. It's very small and there weren't a lot of cars when we pulled up. I told him it's mainly delivery and take-out. Although they do have a couple small tables where you can eat there if you prefer, and also a little covered patio. I had heard that Crespo's had good pizza, and wanted to try it. I talked my friend into staying and we sat on the patio. We ordered a Greek salad and a 12-inch supreme pizza with a drink for $25. It was more than enough, and we had leftovers. We shared the salad, and each had two slices of pizza and were stuffed when we left. My friend said I made a good decision to eat there. The pizza was absolutely delicious!! The salad was also great, "very fresh". I wish they delivered in my area, but would not hesitate to go back to Crespo the next time I have a craving for a good pizza.

I did not realize that the food served at Crespo is halal. My friend works at a Persian restaurant where the food is halal, so that is a bonus if that matters to you. They have a choice of either traditional or whole wheat crust. Actually they made a mistake and gave us the traditional white crust after my friend went back a couple minutes after placing our order and asked for wheat crust. Not a big deal. The cheese and toppings are also very high quality. They use Wisconsin cheeses. They also have many other things on the menu. So if you haven't already tried Crespo's pizza, do not pass them by like we almost did!!!

MY REVIEW: I actually work across the street from Crespo. The owner is one of our customers; he's always invited me in to try a bite. I am actually a vegetarian and was recently diagnosed with cancer; its crucial for me to watch what I eat. Being skeptical about every eatery, I finally decided to pay Crespo's a visit. Before I could even really get into the "meat" of my story, Sam (the owner) was quick to inform me of his high-quality ingredients. I was and still am astonished at what I saw. Crespo's is the only restaurant that uses organic unbleached flour. In other words, Sam only uses the best. I am so happy to have found Crespo's! I now have somewhere I can eat without feeling guilty afterward! Everything is healthy and of the utmost! I seriously would encourage ANYONE to go and at least try Crespo's. What will it hurt other than help you? It's great food for a good price; especially for the cost of making such a high-quality product! I only put the good stuff in my body and so should YOU. Thanks Crespo!

MY REVIEW: I just recently moved From CT and there wasn't many Halal places to eat at. Coming to TX was like hitting the jackpot. Crespo Pizza is one of my favorites, wish it wasn't so far away from me because I would have been there more often. Pizaa tastes great and we also had the chicken gyro and that was delicious as well. Owner is very nice, he always sit's and talk's to you and make's sure everything is O.K. The place is cleaning and the workers are friendly, I give this place a 10 A+ Keep up the good job and Thanks for providing zabiha food for the muslim people. One more thing the Bakla is so yummy :)

MY REVIEW: I've been ordering for over 3 yrs from Crespo! The pizza is always terrific, the salads are always fresh. The Meatball sub is a favorite of my co-worker...They are consistent and always friendly. The outside patio is nice to eat outside on a good weather day and in the pm you can do "byob"! I recommend them to all my friends and co-workers!
