MY REVIEW: Love the atmosphere of this place! Living in the Heights, I am so glad to have an alternative to the overly processed Washington corridor bars which charge for everything including parking. And the selection of wines here is amazing. I have been several times and the staff is always friendly. Amy is great -- she always helps us pick out the perfect bottle. The food menu is also good -- love the cheese plate! I'll be back!

MY REVIEW: I went for a company happy hour. I ordered 3 glasses of chianti. They charged me a different price for each glass. And a corking fee. How do you get charged a corking fee when you never even order a bottle of wine? I won't be going back. As stiff as the competition is on the Washington corridor, I won't be going back.

MY REVIEW: They let me sample some wines before ordering a glass. Very nice. And the corkage fee is low. I prefer Corkscrew to C*ava.

MY REVIEW: The ambiance is very nice here. My girlfriends and I love to get together here every few weeks and enjoy some great wine and yummy cheeses. I highly recommend this place. Although this place is smoke free, there are benches outside, where you can also drink.

MY REVIEW: Great place to enjoy wine and conversation. Wine selection is good and prices are reasonable. Service needs some attitude adjusting as multitasking is not for everyone.

MY REVIEW: My girlfriends and I visit the Corkscrew every week! We know the owners and they are very helpful with not only picking out a good wine, but one that isn't necessarily expensive. There wine list is fabulous and the corkage fee is minimal. Their chocolate truffles and cheese plates are phenom! Also, they encourage you to bring your own food or order from one of the tasty take out places in the area!!! The free wine tastings and low price classes are great!
