Chef Natasha's Brie de crout (I think that is spelled right) is amazing and very creative. Such a great chef. Just wich she taught more area classes. I have a hard time getting into WIlliam Sonoma to see her since her classes are normally booked quickly. I would recommend scheduling classes in advance and if you want personal chefing its hard to get her on a day other than Monday anymore.
