This place is always clean and the food is fresh. The staff is really friendly. The grilled chicken is delicious and juicy. I usually get a grilled chicken salad (the mustard and curry sauce is to die for) but I have also tried a couple of the chop chops. They offer about 10 different side dishes to choose from. The garlic mashed potatoes are the least healthy of those choices but they are worth the indulgence. A pita is included with the quarter chicken & sides meal, so if you want to make a little stuffed pita you can. We have also gotten the whole rotisserie chicken to go before and it fed us for a couple days. I would definitely recommend this place. They sell rotisserie chicken in just about any form you can think of and a few ways you have not. Of course they have white and dark meat dinners with sides like: steamed veggies, corn on the cob, rice, beans, etc. And they include whole chicken dinners. But they also have these Chop, Chop bowls. Think of a burrito with out the tortilla. They fill the bottom of the bowl with rice (white or yellow) and bean (black or pinto) then add chopped up chicken breast and finish with different toppings. While I did enjoy something different and healthy for lunch the rice/bean portion to chicken was very very heavy on the rice/bean side. You can get more meat for an extra charge but I think you may be better off ordering the chicken dinners with 2 sides. I put some mild salsa on the side, because if I didn't it would have been very, very blah. It's another alternative place to eat and I'm not saying I wouldn't ever go back because I probably will, but if you want a really good "chicken" lunch, go over to Wolfgang P*uck's and get the chicken Aioli sandwich..it's much better. The chicken here is absolutely delicious and the menu is both healthy and affordable. I had one of the chicken salads with raspberry dressing. The grilled chicken is marinated perfectly. My boyfriend had chicken with fried plantains and a salad. The staff was very nice as well, even stopping by our table to ensure everything was good. We will definitely be coming back soon.
