I specifically asked for no MSG, yet it came loaded with it. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told me that he is there only once or twice a week. When I asked for his phone number, I was told that they don't have a way to contact him. This is the first and last time that I will patronize this restaurant. The customer's needs do not come first there. We've enjoyed their pickup and delivery for some time, ordering one to two times per month and sometimes more. Their veggies are perfectly cooked and incredibly fresh. They nail all their dishes. Unfortunately their customer service is very lacking. 1 hour and 20 minutes after our order we finally received our cold food this evening. The delivery driver was at least apologetic. The deal breaker was that our half gallon of wonton soup had NO wontons! I called and they said they couldn't do anything tonight. Furthermore, all the manager offered was $2 off the soup. Can you imagine getting hamburgers for the family, not having any burgers between the buns, and only getting $2 off? Speedy delivery and takeout NAME: PD SUBMITTED: 6/23/2006   LAST VISIT WAS: june/06 FREQUENCY: Visited 4-6 times MY REVIEW: This location serves the Tara, Greatwood, New Territory, Riverpark and Canyon Gate communities and I can definitely say it is a welcome addition. We order take-out from there at least two-to-three times a month. I've tried several items on the menu but my favorite, by far, is the spicy & tangy chicken daily combo. It's hotter than any General Tso's I've had anywhere. The location is clean and has a great seating area if you want to dine in. The meats are all good quality and they serve only white-meat chicken which is usually very clean and free of "springy" parts. All the staff is very friendly and very accomodating to special requests. Try it out!
