Catfish Cafe

MY REVIEW: Real good food, kind of pricey to be served in cardboard basket and plasticware. Table a bit sticky. Might or might not go back.

MY REVIEW: Have never been to the Humble location, but have been to their new Spring location multiple times. I have two small kids and a pre-teen and we all enjoy it. The younger kids and I share a four piece fish dinner and there is PLENTY of food for us all. No frills place, good food, attentive staff. My fav is the fried pickles - and the fresh made sweet tea.

MY REVIEW: Just ok restaurant in strip center. Food was good, not great, kids working there couldn't care less if we were there or not. Picnic table setting and order at the counter for over $10 a person doesn't make it with me.

MY REVIEW: You have to try the Blueberry Peach Cobbler and their fried pickles. Shrimp could have more flavor and I would change the Tarter sauce. Catfish is great and the service is good and never mind what the other guy said, tip these poor kids that work with these deep fryers all day.

MY REVIEW: Love this place. The catfish is great, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is enchanting. I like the no frills feel of the place.

Their biggest weakness is the gumbo. Do not waste your time on it. Get the catfish and the fried pickles. Best in the area.

MY REVIEW: Nice little place. Good catfish, reasonable prices and order at the counter and pick it up when it's ready, so no tipping required. (if you're cheap like me) Onion rings were disappointing - I wish they would use the same breading as they do on the fish. It was doughy and lacked flavor. The spicy pickled green tomatoes are a refreshingly different side - very tasty!
