Profile Description: Thank you kindly for your interest in Crepe Paris Cafe. We also franchise. Information available at our website. Our customers are delighted to eat at this very special warm, European style restaurant / Cafe. It's romantic, uplifting with a great variety and health concious cuisine. Our crepes are protein based (egg powder, milk powder and just a touch of flour), which makes it undetectable levels in charbs. Our customer satisfaction rate is very high. It's almost shocking to see the few reviews

MY REVIEW: Good place. Food is priced properly, and prioritizes flavor over filling the plate (huzzah portion control). It's also one of the rare places I've been with entertainment that's sized for the room, rather than just maximizing the volume. This strikes me as a great place to go if you want a quiet meal that won't cost a fortune.

MY REVIEW: My mom, one of my sisters, and my baby girl went here last weekend, on the referral of a friend. Cute-cute decor, loved the Nora Jones concert on the big screen, very attentive and pleasant service.

Mom had the Prince W., my sister had the Seafood Crab (*with added shrimp*), and I had the Hungarian Chicken Paprika. DELISH! For dessert they each had coffee and shared the Triple Pleasure Heaven, and I had a Caramel Macchiato (*I can never spell that...*) and the Ebony & Ivory. So, so, SO good! My daughter (*only a year old*) enjoyed tastes of the crepes, the whipped cream and chocolate sauce, etc.

My mom thought it was expensive for what you got. I, however, disagree. People have this "tons of food, huge portions" mentality, which is why this country is so obese. This was excellent, rich food, in appropriate portions. I was more than full upon my departure.

I cannot wait to go back! Yummers!

MY REVIEW: We loved the food, the service and the ambiance. I had the spinach alfredo shrimp crepe and he had the seafood crepe...delicious! For dessert we had the trio (nutella, strawberries, bananas and whipped cream), it was terrific.

We found one of our new favorite places!

MY REVIEW: I am French and I might say the crepes are absolutely delicious. I love the service and how caring the serveur was. My husband and I come often. I always take the nutella crepe with strawberries. I love it! I love the romantic ambiance. Will be back soon.

MY REVIEW: Extremely slow service.
Microwave food on a crepe.
Overpriced drinks and poor quality food.

If you want to visit a quaint restaurant where French attitude is high on the menu and food quality is low then this is the place to go. If you want something good and enjoyable I suggest skipping this little café.

MY REVIEW: Only 1 visit but it will not be my last. I had a strawberry crepe at lunch one day this week and was totally pleased. It was better than those I ate in France. As I was leaving, 2 ladies got their order (1 Vegeterian and 1 seafood crepe.) They looked so good. The lady working in the kitchen was very nice. I normally do not post after only 1 visit but my crepe was absolutely great. I plan to take my wife very soon.

MY REVIEW: I've had crepes before but these fill you up and you don't have to fill guilty about them either. My boyfriend never had crepes before, so when I asked him to bring me here for my birthday he thought I was out of my mind. Now he is hooked also. We had an awesome time. You have to try it and tell everyone about this place, we want them to do well.

MY REVIEW: Finally I found a crepe joint!! I have been by this place a hundred times and never til last week did I see it. Not easy to spot and apparently not advertised that I've seen. It is a very nice little cafe with excellant crepes and nice people running the whole thing. It needs to be in the Woodlands or at least in a better local. You can bring your own wine--$5.00 corkage fee & they don't touch your bottle. You open it yourself. Great idea. Three of us had dinner there and there was not one bad entry or dessert for us. They need more patrons. Please go try them out and send friends-maybe they can afford to move with more business.

MY REVIEW: My boyfriend and I live around the corner and had been putting off stopping by, but I was so delighted when we finally checked it out. The atmosphere is very classy with a very warm feel. The 2 gentlemen who served us were extremely nice and very attentive, but not overly so.

I loved the Venetian Pesto Crepe and my boyfriend, who is not the most refined man, enjoyed his Seafood Crab Crepe with Shrimp, and even said, "We are DEFINITELY coming back!" He enjoyed the atmosphere as well, and especially like his Iced Tea. I recommend this nook to anyone who is interested in trying something new and wants a laid back, enjoyable eating experience in an interesting enviroment. IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN, YOU NEED TO GO!!! YUMMY!

MY REVIEW: I took the kids there on a whim this Thursday afternoon. Boy were we in for a treat! The atmosphere was very unique, service was superb and the food was awesome. The kids enjoyed an ice cold Coke-a-cino while we waited for our food and I sipped away on their famous 20 Below. Kids' favorite: Italian Pepperoni Crepe. Mom's favorite: Prince W. Overall- we loved it!

MY REVIEW: We came for a Sunday brunch/lunch and we were waited on by two young waiters. They were prompt, friendly and sweet. The food was excellent and their coffee is the best I've tasted for a long time. I was told it's their brand, something Venetian.

We had the breakfast crepes and I actually had a Austrian Raspberry Walnut Chicken and Spinach meal that I can still taste and can't go back and get it again. Super.

I like the abiance also. I told all my realtor friends (I am one) to visit Crepe Paris Cafe. My husband is working in a law firm and now they are ordering in from this place. We always had fresh food, fantastic service and a great time. Go and try it!!!

MY REVIEW: This place is truly one of my favorites! I never had nothing but the best here The food is wonderful healthy and light, the desserts are also amazing! And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

It's just a fun and romantic place to hang out. Whether you're taking a coffee to go, or hanging out. I recommend it to people of all taste. There is something special here, for everyone!

MY REVIEW: The sweetest wait staff. We had Michael and Jeff and Laurie when we arrived. We had a 20 Below. You've got to try it. The food was fantastic. We heard about this place now for about a year and this was the first time we tried it. I read all of the reviews before we came and they were all very high. Some customers get pissy no matter what, but I think this place is one of the best in the world. I've been to Europe many times with my family.

Thumbs up. We'll be back a million times. My fiance found out that this place has protein based food, so I know we will be back.

MY REVIEW: I found the inside of this restaurant to be gorgeous and bohemian. It's small with cozy booths and it had a small stage upon which a harry connick, jr concert was projected. As we sat down, my friend overheard the guy next to us griping about how awful the crepes were.. Not a good sign. A waiter showed up immediately and took our drink orders, but then disappeared for at least 15 minutes. When my friend ordered a chamomile tea, the waiter didn't know what that was, even though it's listed on the menu. When he finally brought our drinks to us, the tea was lukewarm and he didn't give us any silverware or napkins. We then ordered our crepes, and when they came, we found them to be awful, just like the guy next to us said. The crepes themselves were tough and leathery, and the fruit was not very fresh. We didn't even finish them. Needless to say, we're not going back.

MY REVIEW: Visited today after long period of absence. I think, for first timers, the atmosphere will shock you upon walking through the door. Everyone in my party commented on how they weren't expecting what's inside.

My opinion on the atmosphere? I think it's great. fun and different. the shopping center it's in doesn't seem to suit the restaurant but that's hardly something to critique it on. I'm not sure everyone would be crazy about the dim lighting and the somewhat unconvential seating but I think it adds to the appeal.

Since the restaurant is small, the staff (which consists, usually, of only one or two people) is very attentive and eager to please.

oh, and they fix most of the prices so that they will round off to the quarter or dollar when tax is added. makes paying a little easier.

i've really enjoyed every meal that i've had there and i'm going to make it a point of returning more often.

Great!

MY REVIEW: This morning was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but the food, the ambience, the service and the engaging hospitality are reasons to give this place a serious thumbs up and pass the word along. I think the location is bizarre at best- seems more likely to fit in w/Rice Village than north Houston. But I'm very glad to have found this diamond in the rough. Try the Prince W w/shrimp and the breakfast crepes- incredible! Definitely a must visit for those on the northside of town.

MY REVIEW: Tried this place today for the first time. We had a very pleasant experience. We tried a Austrian Chicken crepe lunch and a Seafood Crab crepe lunch. Both of the lunches were delicious, but the Austrian chicken was better. The servers/cooks/busboys (the same two guys) were attentive, friendly, and helpful. I'll be back to try some other things on the menu and especially some of the desserts-- they sound wonderful!

MY REVIEW: This is a very quaint little place. The decor is very french bistro. The lights are low and seating is fairly comfortable, but also limited, due to the size of the entire place. They have a large screen at the end of the restaurant that plays various items, usually a concert or music videos. However, you get the same group the entire time you are there. It is fun entertainment, but you are ready for something new by the time you leave. They do offer special movie nights and such.

They seat you quite fast, but the wait for your food is very long. There is usually only one person on staff there at any given time. The staff that we have encountered have always been friendly and enjoyable to be around. The food is VERY good. We have never been disappointed. They offer breakfast, lunch/dinner, and dessert all day. There is a wide variety of selection for many different flavor preferences. You do pay extra for a salad and a croissant. They started out on paper plates, but now have traditional dinnerware. The prices are very reasonable. Actually, we find them wonderful and enjoy the added bonus of great food for the low price.

We have told quite a few people about it and have taken a few friends. They have in turn been repeat customers and referred others. Seems like a keeper on the breakfast, lunch, and dinner list.

MY REVIEW: I just got back from a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast at the Crepe Paris Cafe. The experience was everything I could have asked for - lovely company, a charming and enthusiastic host and delicious food.

We were greeted right away by Andy, who seemed genuinely happy to see us. He showed us to a snug booth and made sure we had menus and knew where to look for what on the menu. After ordering our drinks, we forgot to look at the menus as we were busy looking around and drinking in the decor. A lot of effort was made to create a smart yet cozy atmosphere. Sleek Modern pieces are accented by ornate, antiqued wood and glass. It feels comfortable, engaging and quiet. Small whimsical touches make the place unique. I liked the twinkling lights in the ceiling - it's as if someone got a wild hair up their ass and decided that some little lights would be cool -right- -here-, and did just that. It's fun without being noisy or trying too hard.

Andy was very helpful and had a welcome snap to his step. It was a one man show while were there. He greeted, served, cooked and cleaned up with aplomb. The set up is efficient, allowing him to do all those things easily. I asked if had any help and he said they were just a phone call away. Too cool.

I think the paper plates are an acceptable concession. I don't think they're the default mode for the Cafe. Our food was served on nice, heavy crockery. I imagine that the paper plates and utensils come out when the one, two or three man show hasn't had the time to run the small commercial dishwasher or the dishwasher hasn't been able to keep up with the demand. The cafe is small, but in no way cramped. Most of the space is given to the customer. I would rather the Cafe take the time to serve customers and keep people happy than wash plates or increase their overhead by adding space to cover a bigger dishwashing set up.

Focusing on good service in a tight space allows the Cafe to keep costs lower and more customer's happy, hich means one of the few unique winners in the Spring area will be profitable and stick around. That's a good thing.

If I had to sum it up in one sentence, I'd say, "It's got all the charm and flavor of a Montrose favorite with none of the crappy, cooler-than-thou attitude."

Fifty-two thumbs up.

MY REVIEW: I've never seen a Restaurant/cafe like Crepe Paris Cafe this beautiful. We had a candle light dinner with my girlfriend. The place and the food is just awsome. Try the crab meat or the prince w. and the Triple Pleasure to Die for. Their coffee is out of this world also. We spent hours there and could not believe how cool the walls were. Definitelly be back.

MY REVIEW: Very sophisticated decor inside the restaurant, a few outside tables with umbrellas.

Ordered the crepe lunch special which came with a beverage, and there was a $2 charge for an additional lunch salad and a croissant. I ordered the salad which came out on a plate with the large croissant. The salad was extremely small. The crepe itself was small and priced high for what you got.

The wait to get the food was extremely slow and we (2 people) were the only people in the place the entire time, which was noon to 1:00 p.m.

Food is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. I spent almost $9 for lunch and for that kind of money I can get it served on a regular plate elsewhere. Maybe the place is good for dessert.

MY REVIEW: This cafe is a brilliant blend of great food, supercool ambience, and enthusiastic staff. From the coffee drinks and specialty teas (my favorite is Napoleon) to the made-to-order gourmet crepes (try both the "Princes"), the food excedes accolades. Then, there are the free massage chairs, low-cost internet access, and even a cabaret-style stage for karaoke.

We're regulars now and have already scheduled our first big party with the Cafe. The decor of the restaurant creates a perfect, intimate space for gatherings-- whether for a leisurely brunch with friend(s) or a special evening event.

This is exactly the kind of place that brings character to our neighborhood. Hats off to the owners for their vision and talent!

MY REVIEW: This the best kept secret in this sort of boring suburban area. The atmosphere and decor were fun and romantic. The owner and chef delightful and so nice. The food was amazing. My companion and I ( my 15 year old son!) got various Alfredo Crepes. They were delicious. We also got some coffee drinks made with Illy coffee( which makes Starbucks taste like the muddy coffee it is). There is a small stage set up for Karaoke and what a great time we had when the ABBA DVD started playing. While you look over their great menus you can even sit in massage chairs for free.

Only thing I did not like: food is served on paper plates w/plastic utensils. This is something I have always hated! Fine food served on paper, yuck! But they do not seem to have dish washing facilities for large amount of dishes. Ok, no biggie.Would like them to maybe have a side salad etc to go with crepes.

Reminded me of a fun, not stuffy M*agic Pan from the late 70's in the Galleria. I have told all my friends about this place. It is the best!
