MY REVIEW: This is the best take-out in the Katy Frwy corridor, "best" being a function of quality, quantity and taste. The owners and staff are very friendly and will remember you after a few visits. Consistency of the food is a given and, although not gourmet, is good, abundant and satifying. You will not have any complaints and will go back again and again and again, etc......

MY REVIEW: Cafe Chopstix has become my family's favorite restaurant! The food is delicious, the portions are generous and the price is a bargain. I have never been in such a clean restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food tastes fresh, the vegetables are crispy and the sauces are absolutely delicious. The egg rolls are the best I've ever tasted. My favorites are the garlic shrimp, shrimp with vegetables and the vegetable delight. I really appreciate the option of brown rice instead of white. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends. Not one of them has been disappointed.

MY REVIEW: Went for the first time the other night. very clean and very nice people. liked how they knew the customers names. Food was very good but I wish they they gave more on the sweet and sour chicken. Would like the sauce to be a little redder just for the look of it. only draw back was that you had to go up and order, get your own drinks and get your food. Would have liked to have a sit down resturant where they came to serve you. But overall it was a nice place to eat

MY REVIEW: Very good, clean and happy people working behind the counter. Generous portions, freshly prepared with good presentation. Brown rice is an excellent choice as an alternative, the chicken egg drop soup is a must have! Worth a trip even with the freeway construction.

MY REVIEW: I am from out of town and love Chinese food. Cafe Chopstix was wonderful. The dishes were well prepared, had a good presentation and were delicious. The dumplings were homemade and fantastic, as were the mini-eggrolls. I also enjoyed the chicken oriental salad with the shredded chicken. This would be an excellent choice for anyone wanting to watch calories but enjoy the meal. Finally, Cafe Chopstix was one of the cleanest restaurants and had an exceptionally friendly staff that helped me feel welcome and appreciated. It was the perfect ending after a day of shopping at Memorial City since it is conviently located on the across from the shopping center right off I-10

MY REVIEW: My boyfriend, who is very picky, picked up dinner for us there a few weeks ago. He went on and on about the friendly service and how the regulars raved about their favorite dishes. Most importantly to us - he said the place was extremely clean. The chicken dishes he brought home were great. We really appreciated the option to get brown rice instead of white or fried. We are planning to pick it up again for dinner very soon!

MY REVIEW: This place is a GREAT find. You have to know where to look because of the freeway construction, but it's worth it. Look for it on what will be the new service road between Bunker Hill and Witte road (just before Gessner). Other reviews have talked about the dinning area being bright, the food being great and the service being like family. What else can I say? The menu has a great selection. Take a look at ALL the items. I usually go in for my favorites and the staff told me about their salad, now I have a new favorite. Can't wait to try something else.

MY REVIEW: I ate at the owner's former resturant for 10 years or more. It was good franchise food and the employees were helpful and pleasant. At China Chopstix the cooks and counter help came with Sharon and the quality of the food rose to a new level of perfection. The seating area is bright and pleasant. When you enter the resturant you are greeted as family, not as a customer. Every thing is done to insure you have a wonderful meal in good surrondings. I give it 4 stars+. It was a tough 4 months waiting for China Chopstix to open for business. Bon Appetit !A

MY REVIEW: Friendly staff and the best chicken egg drop soup in town (you can really see and tasted the chicken). I love the dumplings and special fried rice. Very affordable and generous portion.

MY REVIEW: I love the food. It's very reasonable and wonderful in tastes. The people behind the counter are always very friendly. The decor is very modern and very clean. I strongly recommend it! All their cashiers are bilingual. Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese. Very helpful people. Thanks! I take I-10 West and exit Gessner Rd and there it is on the right side. Very easy to get to!

MY REVIEW: This is an excellent family owned restaraunt at reasonable prices. Service is outstanding as is food; owner was previously in charge of general j*oe's chopstix at i 10 and campbell. New venture is a step up in what was already very good.
