Using that logic, be prepared for a mind bending, earth shaking experience so good that your neighbors will have to smoke when you are finished. The traditional fare is available here but you miss out if you don't try one of their unique recipes. I would suggest one but they are all good. They also have a Pale Ale on draft that is served with an orange slice. That's a new one for me but it is fantastic. The only complaint you can come up with here is that the place is WAY to small. It is not unreasonable for a delay during a rush hour, but 2 1/2 hours with no explanation is beyond my limits. Of course, the universe is an odd place, and it is best not to make too many promises, but I intend NEVER to patronize this establishment again. I popped in to grab a bite and was completely impressed with the quality of the best pizza I have ever had since moving from the west coast. The service is great and the staff is friendly. My favorite pizza is the Yard Sale, but definitely will go back and try others. They have a great selection of wine and since the atmosphere is so relaxed it's a great place to just go and watch some sports, kick your heals back and have a great meal. Great menu, luxurious ingredients, and the Market Square location is a lot of fun. I love being able to get a couple of the small sizes for variety, or get the "half and half" on a large pizza. Don't know my favorite because I haven't had them all, but I always have to have Holy Cow (lots of cheeses and walnuts!). Wish we had Extreme Pizza in Houston. I was pleasantly surprised to find Extreme pizza there, about 3 months ago. I have found the quality of the food to be EXCEPTIONAL, and I now consider this pizza to be the best I have ever had. My favorote is the Mr. PestatoHead, and the Drag It Through the Garden is really good as well. Everthing is fresh, unique and interesting. I highly recommend it, and amd very much loking forward to aan Extreme Pizza opening here in Austin. But i will definitely continue the one in Market Square in the Woodlands whenever I am in town. The fresh ingredients and the friendly service are what make us keep going back for more. And they serve great wine and real beer, not just that lite stuff (although that's available too). We appreciate the indie pizzas that make it easy for everyone in our family to be happy without compromising or sacrificing. There's something there for every taste, including delicious salads for lunch or dinner if you're not in the mood for pizza. It's California style pizza with really unique choices. The "Poultry Geist" for instance has chicken, broccoli, and ranch sauce. Then there's a "Mr. Pestohead" with pesto, new potatoes, and red onions. There's even one with hummus... Then there are ones that have mass appeal like pepperoni, etc. And they deliver,too.
