She prepared some of the dishes for our thanksgiving meal. The Spicy Broccoli Rice Casserole, Candied Yams Okra and Tomatoes, Seasoned Green Beans were wonderful. Each dish was well prepared and was a true tast of home style. The baked ham was garnished with pineapples and cherries and was very very good. Thanks Ellen for making our thanksgiving special.
