This guy can really cook! He's prepared Beef Wellington (the real thing, I was amazed), Creole Stuffed Shrimp, Whole Broiled Lobster, Quail Wrapped with Mesquite-Smoked Bacon with Sweet Potato Pancakes and Roasted Corn Relish, Snapper Lafayette, Chef Chill's Creole Crab Cakes. Apparently, we were Steve's first customers (he left the restaurant scene to start his personal chef service) and we absolutely could not be happier. He shops at Central Market and prepares everything in our home while my wife and I are working.
