MY REVIEW: Lagniappe of the Woodlands catered my daughter's wedding at Spring Chateau on July 7, 2007. From the appetizers to the cookies everything was delicious. The wedding guests and staff of Spring Chateau all enjoyed the food. Our photographer took pictures of the food and could not get over the variety offered. The bartendar was sorry he ate at a previous wedding because everything looked and tasted homemade. The quality and quantity of the food and the staff at Lagniappe of the Woodlands were perfect. The amount of food and service given for the cost was outstanding.

MY REVIEW: What a great find with this catering company. I use them all the time from their home deliver entrees to luncheons for my husbands business meetings. Very friendly owner/operator that will work with you on menus for events. The servings are huge for the price and the qualilty of food excellent.
