MY REVIEW: Just discovered this place about a year ago. Clean and well lighted. Food is very good and inexpensive, especially the lunch specials. Most under $7.00. Good portions. I've been recommending China Stix it to all my co-workers and friends.

P.S. Love the hot and sour soup.

MY REVIEW: This place is AWESOME! My husband can be picky about chinese food and he loves this place. I think their food is always fresh, seasoned well, and DELICIOUS! I really love their wonton soup as well. We will continue to go back again and again. One of the best in the area in my opinion!

MY REVIEW: The best Chinese restaurant around the Medical Center area. My family has been eating here for the past 8 years. The food is always good, arrives fast, is always fresh and hot of the stove, the service is prompt, etc.

My favorite dishes are kung pao chicken, garlic shrimp, shrimp fried rice, lo mein, etc. Since moving to Pearland 5 years ago, I now order carry out for the family at least once a month from here. The only negative point is the restaurant is noisy and small. However, the fast service addresses the problems of the few number of available tables and I have never had to wait to get a table.

MY REVIEW: This is my favorite Chinese (American style) restaurant close to the Rice/ Medical center area. The chicken pieces are not the big pieces of fat that is found in most cheaper Chinese places. It is white meat. The food always tastes fresh and the kitchen is clean (the area is open for you to see). I eat there about once every 2 weeks. Good egg drop soup. Highly recommended!

MY REVIEW: We absolutely love this place. We live in the Galleria and drive to the medical center. The food is very fresh and plentiful. Its a little noisy but so worth it. My husband will only eat Chinese from China Stix and will not give any other Chinese restaurant in our area.How I wish they would open a restaurant in the Galleria area.

MY REVIEW: I have always been extremely satisfied. Great food, fast, good prices, even deliver. That is...until *they* made a mistake. Please know that when *they* make a mistake with your order, all you're going to get is an apology. Nothing else. I ordered Vegetable Mu Shu, which is basically a bowl of vegetables that come with very thin papers, called crepes (similar to flour tortillas), and plum sauce. I had my order delivered, but they had forgotten the crepes and plum sauce. What is Mu Shu without the crepes and plum sauce? I called, and the girl who answered the phone apologized, and said that she remembered not putting them in the bag. She said she'd make a point to credit my account for next time. I asked her if I'd be getting a complimentary Mu Shu dinner next time. She said, no, just complimentary crepes and plum sauce. WHAT? No "I'll send some over right away." No "Your next dinner is on us." Just "We will credit you for the 15 cent crepes and plum sauce." I was livid. She just kept apologizing. I asked her how crepes and plum sauce for NEXT time would help me for THIS dinner. Again, an apology, but nothing else. I said, "You're going to lose a customer over crepes and plum sauce?" Again, an apology, but nothing else. I hung up on her. So spread the word - everything is great until THEY mess up. And if they do, don't expect ANY customer service. Just a really nice "Oh...sorry." I won't be back.

MY REVIEW: Always excellent! Always fresh tasting! I have been coming here for years and will be coming for (hopefully) many more! There food is made with only white meat chicken instead of mystery chunks found at most any other Chinese restaurant. I am leaving to get some take out now!

MY REVIEW: I have eaten at the restaurant over the last several years since my job relocated to this end of the Medical Center. Lately I find myself wanting and craving their cuisine more often than not. I appreciate their menu, speed of service prices and most importantly their customer service. Thanks for stream lining my dining out choices while at work.

MY REVIEW: This place is absolutely wonderful. We mostly order take out. My fiance is a very picky eater when it comes to Chinese food but when he tried this its now the only Chinese he will eat that is take out. Big ups for China Stix! The wonton soup is outstanding and one of my personal favorites. We're moving to the Galleria soon and i wish they'd open one that way!

MY REVIEW: I was in Houston for some treatments at MD Anderson. I saw this restaurant while driving around and found this site when trying to locate their website. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I ate there two days in a row and plan to visit again tomorrow before I head back to Austin. The place is a little noisy but you get used to this. The food was delicious, fresh, hot, and plentiful. The service was great and very fast. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone coming into Houston.

MY REVIEW: Wow this place was very busy during dinner peak time. It was nice to be able to see the chefs prepare your food, similar to Pei Wei. My friend and I ordered General Tso Chicken, Cheese puffs, Chinese style spaghetti, 2 drinks for about $21. Since it was so busy, our wait time was about 15-20 minutes. In my opinion, I think the quality of their food is better than most chinese restaurants and they also don't have MSG in the food (as the sign says). Their serving size is decent, could probably feed 2 people. I would eat here again.

MY REVIEW: What a great place to order take-out. I ordered the beef with broccoli, crab puffs and wonton soup. Everything was absoultely delicious. Very fresh and flavorful. I will definitely order from here again. Thumbs way up!
