MY REVIEW: Worst delivery experience ever ... If you take orders you should be somewhat strong in the native language of the country you are working. We were called 3 times after placing our order, to try to confirm our address in broken English. All 3 times there was misunderstandings and was told to wait multiple times after saying only the first number of our street! 90 minutes after our order was placed i noticed an Asian fellow walking around our neighbors house across the street looking quite like a prowler. i managed to flag him down and get our food, only to get cussed out in mandarin about asking for 2 dollars back out of 30 on a 24$ meal ... he was lucky to get tipped in the first place not to mention he was lucky he wasn't shot in our neighbors yard looking in the windows like a cat burglar!

MY REVIEW: Great food, great prices, good selection. The lunch special is a great value and is served 7 days a week from 11-3.

For those who like it spicy, be sure to ask for dishes "extra spicy". Traditionally spicy dishes are mildly hot -- if you want it hotter, just ask for "extra spicy" and they'll do it.

Favorites:
- kung pao chicken, no celery, extra spicy
- tangerine chicken (spicy)
- great soups, crab rangoons, eggrolls

Friendly staff, good service, always clean.

No real complaints -- and no nitpicks, either.

MY REVIEW: OMG The food was so amazing. It was fresh and cooked to perfection, me and my guess really enjoyed it and with that in mind I'm ordering take out from them today. I thank the whole team of employee's at the Jade Bamboo restaurant, and I look forward to eating here from here on out.

MY REVIEW: I will go ahead and add my thumbs up to this place. My wife and I love it. Although I think one other Chinese place in NW (I*mperial City) is actually a little better, this place is closer to our home and always great service.

I love the Kung Pao Triple.

MY REVIEW: Awesome food, great service. Food is made from fresh ingredients. The sweet and sour chicken comes naked. You get to dip or pour as much as you would like of the sweet and sour sauce, General Tso's chicken could be hotter, but they cook to the sissies I think (wink). My wife raves about the seafood dishes too.

Reasonably priced (combination dinners are $9 or so, and the ala carte dishes run $7 to $12). Fried rice is fresh, not greasy and full of shrimp or chicken or beef. Your tea glass never goes empty and I love the orange sections for dessert.

MY REVIEW: This is the only place I order chinese from in the NW side. The food is ALWAYS fast, ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS delicious. My wife and I order once a week usually and get delivery, they say 45 mins but ends up much sooner. The Tangerine Chicken is heaven in your mouth. Its similiar to General Tso chicken but its strips and more flavorful. I prefer the Mandarin Fried Rice with all he meats. You just cant go wrong at this place.

MY REVIEW: I could make a meal just off of the hot and sour soup and the crab ragoon! I had the Amazing Chicken (which was supposed to be mildly spicy - the mild part of the description was right as I couldn't taste any spice) which was good, although a little sweeter than I prefer. My husband had the General Tso's and while it wasn't as upfront, in your face spicy as other places, it had a very nice taste. Our tea glasses never went empty and the orange sections at the end of the meal were a delightful surprise. We'll be back!

MY REVIEW: The food there is absolutely devine. All of the ingredients are fresh and it really shows; I recomend their sesame chicken with hot and sour soup and crab rangoon. The wait staff is also very friendly and efficient. I had a birthday dinner there and none of my guest had to ask for a refil even once, and the food was brought out fast. I've tried to eat at other chinese food places but I've yet to find one better or even just as good. I guess this place just has me spoiled! If you're looking for great Chinese food, definately give this place a try. Everything on the menu is good, the portions are huge, and the fair prices make it an ideal place to hold a gathering or for a date.

MY REVIEW: Each and every time we go, the food is excellent, the staff friendly and we leave satisfied. Highlights (and always a way to tell a good chinese restaurant in my book) was the crab rangoon. tasty and made fresh. Egg rolls also yummy and shrimp dishes are especially good.

A good value and good eats!

MY REVIEW: too me this resturant just misses. it is convientiently located for me but...

hot n sour is ok, wonton soup is very good. tangerine beef is overcooked and tough. kung pao is made w. lots and lots of celery and carrots which are cheap, and not snow peas broccoli or bell peppers which aren't. its not an inexpensive chinese place.

some lunch speacial do not come w/ that traditional soup n egg roll. but i also question their ethics: last time, i tried happy family which claims to include crab. they use imitation. that sucks. they claimed most people preferred. i do not prefer to have cheaper ingredients subsitituted.

i'll find a less convient place.
