MY REVIEW: For many reasons, this has become one of our favorite restaurants in the Sugar Land area. First, the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The architect and designer did miracles on the old "sterile" Fung's Kitchen. Second, the service is outstanding. Our favorite waitress is Noi and she always comes and gives my 8 year old son a big hug. Third, the food is prepared fresh and very quickly. This was always my "beef" with Thai C*ottage. The food is good but it takes forever!
Finally, Sabai's food is some of the best Thai anywhere in the city. We always get the crispy egg rolls, chicken pad tai and ginger chicken. All of the dishes have very generous portions. The food is fresh. Sauces can be customized to your desired level of spiciness. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The only issue I have is they serve soda in cans.

MY REVIEW: Nice location but food is not authentic Thai. It is more catered to the American taste and therefore I found it bland - compared to other Thai restaurants in Houston.

MY REVIEW: I've been to Thai restaurants all over the city and this is the first I've felt compelled to review. I loved everything about my visit here! The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The spring rolls were delicious. The food was prepared as hot as I wanted (I've been disappointed at a number of other places) and in generous portions. Even some of the little things that bug me sometimes were perfect here: Our water glasses were always full. There wasn't any extra charge for extra rice (a pet peeve of mine). Even the food was of comparable quality, dishes were in the $8 range (dinner) compared to $12 standards in many other restaurants.

MY REVIEW: Love their food...a lot of healthy dishes such as seabass ginger and red snapper basil. All waitresses are friendly and FAST. Great price and good potions. Try their Green Curry, very creamy and authentic.......and end your meal with fried banana with coconut icecream, that will fullfill your day.......

MY REVIEW: My wife and I have travelled all over Houston Looking for Thai cuisine and hands down this is the best food you can find in HTown, The service is excellent and you cannot believe how cheap your bill is when you get it. I recommend any lover of Thai to go and check it out. We no longer travel around the city searching for good Thai food we have found it here and dine at Sabai at least once a week It is a wee gem.

MY REVIEW: Oftentimes when a second location of a restaurant opens, it fails to measure up to its predecessor. I'm happy to report that this is not the case with Sabai Thai. Their new location is remarkably consistent in terms of the food quality, portions, service, cleanliness and ambiance. This has to be one of the best value restaurants in the greater Houston area. The fine owners of this establishment definitely possess the formula for success and it is once again on display in Sugarland !!

MY REVIEW: The Saibai restaurant was excellent. I've dined in both Sabai Thai establishments and have been impressed every time. The service, quality of food, price, and atmosphere are great. It you're looking for wonderful authentic Thai food for a very reasonable price, this restaurant has it. I will most definitely dine there again and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice friendly place to eat.

MY REVIEW: Finally a great Thai restuarant in the Sugarland area! I am a Thai food lover. Have tried most of the Thai restuarants in Houston and Sugarland areas. Found this one to be one of my favorites. The place is very comfortable, friendly, inviting, clean, and the food was great at a very reasonable price. The red snapper with basil was delightful. And not the mention the curries were very flavorful compare to those I had elsewhere. Being there afew times. Their dishes with basil are all pretty delicious if like the basil. Check them out when are in the Sugarland area .. highly recommend this new discovery

MY REVIEW: What a WONDERFUL addition to the Town Square area in Sugar Land. THis is the best Thai restaurant around here now.
The food quality is excellent, the prices good, the decor pretty, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait staff are also very young and friendly and authentic Thai, Maylay, etc...

MY REVIEW: I have recently discovered this place and have been for lunch about 3 times. Both the Red and Green curries are excellent, which I had with shrimp, and the shrimp were tender and sweet and not overcooked. The vegetables in the dishes were perfectly done and the server was very attentive, especially when I have asked for pepper sauce. One time he gave me the regular pepper sauce, which was great, but he must have sensed I like it REALLY HOT so another time he brought me the "special" pepper sauce which was even more authentic and hotter. Tried the Tom Kha on another visit and couldn't even finish the generous portion, it was excellent and even better after it sat in my fridge overnight and was re-heated the next day. The prices at this restaurant are also very affordable, which is always a plus. The atmosphere is excellent. Very clean, new looking almost and there is a regular fish tank, and then there are these fish tanks that hang on the wall like a picture. A nice touch. There is a bit of ambience here. I will definitely be back.

MY REVIEW: I have eaten lunch here many times. The food is quite tasty and the value (price/quality+quantity) is tremendous. The owner is very friendly and is quick to fill water and tea glasses. The ambiance is quite nice for the area and the fact that is a "shopping center" restaurant.
I will suggest that the food is not as spicy as most Thai restaurants so you have to know to ask for one step "hotter" ("hot" instead of "medium") than you do in other Thai restaurants. Also for a taste treat order Tom Kha soup to replace the soup that come with the $4.95 lunch combo.

MY REVIEW: The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I've had Thai food in Houston before, however, nothing compared to the Sabai. The portions were extremely generous with the flavor to match. My first impression when I walked through the door was how clean it was. I would highly recommend the restuarant to my friends, family and co-workers. The Sabai has been added to my favoite list and I'm planning on returning on a regular basis.

MY REVIEW: I was most impressed with the quality of the product, the cleanliness of the establishment and the friendliness of the staff. Possessing these three components is a formula for success and Sabai Thai possesses them. It doesn't hurt that both their prices and portions are most reasonable.
In summary, I recommend, unconditionally, presenting to this fine gem of a restaurant.

MY REVIEW: I love this place because this cozy restaurant has one of the most authentic tastes in town and has contemporty decoration. All the stuffs are friendly and very helpful. I recommend lunch special which is reasonable price at $4.95- $5.95 which come with soup and egg roll.....what a deal.... The portions- moderate; prices- reasonable; service- friendly. On weeken the pplace always gets packed. I love the Pla-lad-Prik (whole fried fish with spicy sauce on the side), the mussels clay pot is also good. Try thieir Pok-Take (the combination of seafood in clear soup which spicy and sour a little bit) is the best in town.....I will go there tomorrow again......

MY REVIEW: A great place to eat in the Chinatown district on Bellaire Blvd, Houston. The food is very authetic and cheap, too. Highly recommend this place for those who love the real Thai stuff. The evironment is comfortable, clean, and friendly. You don't see this kinda restaurant much in the Chinatown corner. Highly recommend the Kea Mao chicken or Beef and the spicy sweet talapia fish
