2770 N Sam Houston Pkwy S, Houston, Texas 77038
MY REVIEW: This restaurant is located inside of foodtown, and is probably one of 77067's best kept secrets.
I work near here and am faced with the decision of "where to eat?" everyday. Bodard's was a new welcome addition to the neighborhood. It is located inside of foodtown so really is not an atmosphere kinda place. Silver-ware and condiments aren't visibly seen.
All that said however, the food and service is top notch. Definitely try the lo-mein with two meats for under four bucks. The food is plentiful and is almost always fresh. (almost because one time i did recieve what appeared to be some noodles they may have had to scrape off the bottom of whatever they cook it with)
Try the kung pao (sp?) anything as it has just enough spice and flavor to enjoy with out having to aquire and authentic tastebud for it's international origin. I'm not such a big wing fan, so i have not tried their wings. If i recall correctly when my brother ordered it they had forgotten some kinda sauce that goes with it. SO MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS.
its one of those eateries where when they do it right you cant beat it. Just check yourself.
