MY REVIEW: Its really yummy! I love their baked potato salad. When I am preggo, I can eat a whole container of it! :) Yummy bbq sauce too!

MY REVIEW: I had the three meat combo with a baked potato. The ribs were tender and meaty and fell off the bone. The brisket was tender and delicious and the sausage was good but a little dry. The baked potato was large and loaded. All in all a great meal for under $10.

MY REVIEW: Awesome! The delicious brisket is tender, and the smoke can be tasted. The ribs were wonderful and fell off the bone, the sausage was really good, the mashed potatos were wonderfully buttery and cheesy, the baked potato salad had the flavors of a baked potato yet tasted so much better, and the beans were good. I found myself wondering when I would be able to go back before I was even halfway through the meal. This was bbq well worth driving out of Houston for, and it is really not that far of a drive--especially on the weekend.

MY REVIEW: Whenever I go to my uncles house Richmond for a family gathering and he does not what to cook, he always, I mean always get the Que from Schulze's. I must say it comes in at a good second place when you don't want to Que yourself....

If you are in the Rosenberg area, and want some Texas Bar B QUE, I HIGHLY SUGGEST going to Schulze's.

MY REVIEW: I have eaten BBQ all my life and have never had ribs as good as these!!! Everyhting I have ever had here has been amazing. AND the prices are excellent. This is a great place to take family and the food is excellent.

MY REVIEW: Best bbq ever. Very reasonable too --chopped beef sandwich $3.75 (my favorite).

Have eaten bbq all my life and I found this place when I moved out to Richmond several years ago. Their hot baked potato salad is delicious too. I have never gotten anything there that has failed to wow me.

MY REVIEW: Schultze's BBQ is everything that is good about Texas BBQ, quality TEXAS meats slow smoked over Pecan. For good old Texas country cooking (chicken fried steaks, etc) go next door to Schultze's Family Restaurant, which predates the BBQ joint by a few years.

The sauce, although not needed, is the antithesis of KC style sugar paste. I lived in Lenexa KS for 2 years, ate at all the million dollar joints, and NEVER PAID ONCE, always got my money back because the meat was dry, flavorless, and asking for no sauce is like kicking someone's dog...

The beef is always good and moist, tender and flavorfull. The sides are pretty good too, especially the "Smashed potatoes", desert in the form of a Buttermilk pie (an old time texas treat), and the incredible not too sweet pecan pie.

Prices are extremely reasonable.

Ambiance is typical Texas BBQ joint, nothing fancy, extremely clean and friendly, some of the counter help has been there for years.

So, If you have never been:
3 meat platter with Beef, Ribs & links - sauce separate
Smashed potatoes
pinto beans
Pecan or Buttermilk Pie (or if your lucky mile high chocolate meringue pie)

Don't go far, you will be back in for more sooner than you think. This is Real Authentic Texas BBQ - Memphis and KC quiver in it's presence

MY REVIEW: we eat at Schulze's BBQ at least 3 times per week. This family owned restaurant has the best BBQ on the gulf coast. The staff is very friendly and clean. The restaurant itself is very clean. You go through a buffet style line and choose your meats and vegetables. They have the BEST RIBS I have ever had.

I will definitely be back,soon.
