Went on a late Sunday afternoon/early evening, place was not busy. We were seated and waited for a waitress, and waited and waited (probably 15 mins)... Finally caught the eye of a waitress standing at the bar and asked her to find out who our server was supposed to be. Turns out is was her, but she passed us off to another waitress. Ordered drinks. By the time she returned with our drinks we were ready to order, but she dropped the drinks (tea & water) and left without a word, before we could open our mouths. Waited, waited, (10-15 mins more)... Watched her stop at every other table she was taking care of, then walk right past us without looking our way. Don't know about the food because we walked out. Inexcusable lack of service - the manager and waitresses should be ashamed. Poor service, food wasn't all that great. The menu says 6.25 domestic pitchers on Saturdays. Our bill came and they charged us 7.75. I pointed out the mistake only to be told that was for Budweiser products(the menu did not state that). The manager reluctantly removed the difference. The waitress was trying to save her tip(yes, I still tipped her) by apologizing profusely, then saying "Well next time you will know to ask questions". Hotels in the area provide a lot of business for restaurants and bars. I am an Area Manager for many hotels in that area and this is not the type of establishment that I would have my properties refer our guests to. Seemed like there weren't enough waitresses for the amount of tables... If it weren't for the crawfish and fried cheesecake I probably wouldnt go back but because of those, I can't wait to go! GOOD WINGS, GREAT WINGS, INCREDIBLE WINGS. French Fries are perfect and the Mushrooms and fried pickles have been bad but i simply return them and get a perfect basket. I think the owners simply don't care because their food is so good but it is a shame b/c I think they would make more money or even expand if they got better service. I live in the heights and drive out there just for the wings. The waitresses are not to blame, they need a manager to put them in thier place. They finaly got a buss boy but for pete's sake, get him a container to put the dirty dishes in like other restarants. Yes the service can be bad when they are busy but the wings are to die for. Try the Puff with Blue cheese on the side. Ask for the wings to be wet or a side puff sauce for like 25 cents. Wednesday is 25cent wing which if you do a little math is very cheap. $3.50 a dozen compared to $7 at most places and you can actually order any quatity you want.
