MY REVIEW: I have been eating at pecos for about 3 years, and have never been disappointed. I've have many items on the menu, pot roast, chicken and dumplings, beef tips, burgers, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, everything has been very good. Todays visit was the best, i ordered an off the menu item, and was accommodated with enthusiasm. I asked my server for a sandwich made from their pot roast, on texas toast with swiss cheese and a side of brown gravy for dipping. Ladies and gentleman we have a winner. It was an amazing sandwich, and i will be going back to order another one soon.

MY REVIEW: There were five of us and all of our steaks were cooked as we ordered them. The steaks were buttery tender. We chose from a wide variety of sides and these were cooked to perfection. This is a must eat here again place. One of our party has the pork chops. The chops were moist and flavorful. Warning on the cheesecake. The portion was large enough for three people to share.

MY REVIEW: I love this place!

They had added fried asparagus to the menu and it's divine! I once order some nachos for lunch with a side of asparagus. Weird? Maybe but it was good!

I had the Beef Tips last time I went and they were amazing. I took my mom, who is the pickiest person on the planet, back in October, and she loved them. So I thought I would give them a try. It was so much food I took the rest to work for lunch the next day and they might have been even better.

I love Pecos. We try to go there all the time and support the businesses in our town. This place is amaazing and we have NEVER EVER had bad service!

MY REVIEW: Went for lunch on a Saturday, and the restaurant was surprisingly empty...maybe only 3 tables at 12:00 o'clock. But, the food was good--we had the chicken and dumplings and the beef tips served over potatoes. Side salads were good and fresh. Only complaint about the food was that the mashed potatoes couldn't stand up to the beef tip gravy. It became a watered down (though tasty) mess; either the potatoes have to be stiffer, or the gravy thicker. But, the service was atrocious. You apparently have to ask for rolls, and I waited forever for more iced tea. The waiters totally disappeared from the diners. I would definitely go again for the food, at least at lunch. The dinner prices would require a lot better service for me.

MY REVIEW: The food was excellent and the service was very good. Based on the reviews I was kind of scared to try but was very happy. The steaks are to die for and at a great price you can't beat porterhouse for $24 and would go back any time again.

MY REVIEW: We eat here fairly often because the food is usually really good. The service however is usually horrible. We know that going in so our expectations are realistic. If it wasnt so convenient for us we probably wouldn't go.

MY REVIEW: I love this place! It's a little out of the way, I guess... a good hidden spot!

They always have excellent food and their Ceasar salads are KILLER! I love them! I have had the Mexican dinner there- it was great.

We enjoy this place and go back all the time!

MY REVIEW: Damn good Prime Rib! Get there early, because it goes fast! Wife loves the salads. We eat here 2-3 times a week! The wait staff is always cordial. Always running into A.J. Foyt....(He likes the Ribeyes!) Best little steak restaurant in Tomball!

MY REVIEW: Held a Rehersal Dinner for approx 30 people and only had 1 waiter for the entire evening. Needless to say service was a little slow. They ran out of bake potatoes and then when they were finally brought out they were cold and not cooked thoroughly. Steaks were just ok and not once during the evening did a manager approach me to see if everything was ok. Will not hold another function there and probably won't go back period.

MY REVIEW: This is my favorite restaurant! They have a room that is great for birtdays or special functions. Plus, for celebrations there is someone for everyone in your group, from catfish to sun dried tomato pasta to burgers. The lasagna is awesome, as is the smothered chicken, and the baked potato soup. There are still lots of dishes I need to try, but I end up sticking with my favorites! The service has always been excellent.

MY REVIEW: I have to share a great experience this past Sunday. We had our daughter's baptismal reception in the Bull Room. We had met with one of the owners several weeks in advance to plan the event, and reserved the room for 40 people. Rather than creating a limited menu, they were happy to accommodate our group with the full menu and they even have a lunch menu 7 days a week which saved us a quite a bit.

Everything went off without a hitch. We had two fantastic servers the whole time, the food came out a table at a time, hot and tasty as always, we were not rushed, and everyone had a great time.

My wife and I are regulars since discovering the place about 6 months ago, and I'm sure some new regulars were created by the great food and service Sunday.

MY REVIEW: They don't know what Prime Rib is. Got a nice Ribeye steak (called it prime rib) Someone should take owners out to dinner and order them Prime Rib. Service was great. Will go back but not for Prime Rib special.

MY REVIEW: I am from a private Christian School and we had a faculty and staff dinner at Pecos Grilling Co. and I just wanted to say that the two ladies who served us did a great job and were very nice and pleasant to be around. Thank you for a great evening.
