MY REVIEW: All I have to say is that this place is better than c*onnies....Ive ate pretty much at every connie's and the food is better at mannies...they make the same plates but they season their food diffrently.

MY REVIEW: This was my first visit to Mannies. I had grilled red fish with shrimp fired rice and salad. It was wonderful! I don't remember the exact price - but it wasn't more than $7.00. I will be a return customer!

MY REVIEW: Mannie's food is great but the place is not for everyone. It is very casual, laminate tile floors, plastic table tops and family oriented (occasionally noisy). It's not an extensive menu but what they do, they do well. Grilled or fried you can buy a dinner, order by the pound or choose a fish at the front (live or on ice). There civiche is very good. And this time of year they have great, fresh, clean oysters on the half shell. And, get this, $5 a dozen before 7pm!!! If you can settle for the atmosphere I challenge you to find a better value.

MY REVIEW: First visit was in December and it was very good. Had to go back and will continue to eat there. Service is great. Tables and floors are kept clean. Can pick fresh fish and they will prepare and fry to take out. Prices are good also. I get the 12 jumbo grilled shrimp w/ff and salad. Comes to $12.95 before tax. Try getting jumbo grilled shrimp anywhere else for that price.... Fried whole fish dinners look really good. I will have to try one next time. If you like seafood, then this is the place to go.

MY REVIEW: My family really enjoys eating a Mannie's!! The sevice is very good, we go there very often it dosen't have lent-"Fridays" for us to be there we go there all year round! I really like #31- Fried Shrimp w/fried rice and my eggroll. My husband likes their "Tostadas de Ceviche" and their caldos.

The Prices are Great!! My whole family of 6 ate there last Sat. and we only spent $32.00!! Keep up the Great Job!! Mannie's Seafood you are the Best!

MY REVIEW: Was C*onnies, now Mannie's. The menu was still the same as C*onnies. The Fried Rice was too salty. Price is more expensive than C*onnie's. If I want C*onnie's food I will go to the one on Wayside or try the new one in South Houston.

MY REVIEW: Mannie's Seafood (The new name of Connie's Seafood #6) is a excellent restaurant. Everytime when i ate right there, i was 100% satisfied with the food and the services. Highly recommend their Fried Whole Red Fish and Red Snapper. You will enjoy your time in this excellent Mannie's Restaurant..

MY REVIEW: I am highly recommended this restaurant to everybody. The food in this restaurant is excellent, especially the “Fried whole fish” & “Tostadas de Ceviche”. They did the great job in this restaurant. They provided the perfect service. The servers are nice and made every customer happy after they ate in this restaurant. For the to-go sauce, I don’t think is a problem to pay $0.25 for this because the cocktail sauce is really good. And every regular customer knows that Connie’s put a notice in the restaurant to inform every customer. By the way, Connie’s #6 just changed their new name to “Mannie’s”. The manager said, “Everything is the same”. The things that they changed are the services and foods. They will provide the best to their customers.
