MY REVIEW: ***GREAT CHINESE FOOD FOR THE MONEY ***

Best General Tsao's Chicked dish my wife and I have ever tasted (and we have tried many over the years). If you live in the area you need to try this place.

Great Chicken and Garlic sauce as well. My kids love the Sesame Chicken and beef and broccoli. I also love the pepper steak. Everyone loves the egg rolls as well. (There are some dishes which dissapoint but that's always the case in any restaurant). Probably the best chinese food for the money in the county.

Dedicated Family owners who are very nice. Actual place is not much to look at but that is why prices are so affordable. They do a ton of take out business but I like to eat in the restaurant because any real chinese food officianodo knows the food is always best when eaten right off the stove.

Final note - weekday lunch buffet is a good value but the food quality is much better if you order off the menu (I highly recommend this).

MY REVIEW: Been going here since 2006, and i never get tired of their food!! The owners (hubby and wife) are always very friendly to me! The food is very moderately priced and always tastes DELICIOUS in my opinion. The "Imperial Chicken" and "Chicken on a Stick" is to die for!! It is conveniently located to me too. Also as one reviewer stated they advertise they do NOT use msg in their food. Over all....A quiet, lil chinese restaurant. China Villa is NW Houston's best kept secret! If your new to that area, or will be on that side of town for lunch/dinner, I HIGHLY recommend them!

MY REVIEW: They have delivery which is outstanding. The food is ok with some "good days" and "bad days". the man behind the phone could use some manners but overall its a great alternative to ordering pizza

MY REVIEW: Nobody was inside during the lunch visit. The place had an odd, dirty smell. The buffet was closed. The food wasn’t great, defiantly not the best fried rice I have had. Speaking of rice, they didn’t give a choice of fried or steamed rice (Or any soup) with lunch. Portions were plenty but lacked taste IMO they were weak on the sauce. The fortune cookies they gave us were old / soggy. Overall, I thought the place was kinda gross and pathetic. I definitely do not recommend and will not return.

MY REVIEW: This is one of my favorite restaurants, nestled just on the outskirts of Jersey Village. I started going about ten years ago, and except for leaving to go to college, have been going ever since. Almost all of their food is excellent, but of course at any place there are dishes to avoid.

My reccomendations: the fried rice is THE best, and may ruin you on any other fried rice; very good sweet and sour chicken, the breading is not too thick or thin, and is all white meat; Szechuan Crawfish (it's like a Chinese Crawfish Etouffee); they have a Pecan Prawn on their special menu, which is fantastic, a lightly breaded shrimp that has prailine seasoning and this sweet crisp in a cream white wine sauce I believe; and of course their pork fried dumplings are to die for!

They're very nice people, and very accommodating. I don't like shrimp that much, so they will substitute chicken in the Pecan Prawn for me. All of the soups are good, my father's favorite is orange chicken, and my mother especially likes the vegetarian dishes.

As for dishes to avoid, the only one I've heard anyone in my family complain about is the Garlic Chicken, as it's "too sweet".

All in all, it's a great place to eat for delivery or dine in.

MY REVIEW: I love Chinese food, so after reading all the reviews about this restaurant, I was eager to try it. I ordered the garlic shrimp, one of my favorite Chinese dishes. I was extremely disappointed. The preparation was very soupy, the vegetables were overcooked, and the food had a very sweet taste to it, as though it had a lot of added sugar. I will not visit this restaurant again.

MY REVIEW: This place is great. I suffer from migraines and love chinese and someone who has migraines knows the 2 don't mix but one day I got a flyer in the mail from here and it said no msg so we had food delivered. There was enough food to feed an army and it was not much more than 2 value meals at M*cdonalds. Had the buffet one time and it was not as good as the menue but at there prices you don't need a buffet. To show how good they are; I now live in The Woodlands and we still drive over there and get food to go. It is even better the next day.

MY REVIEW: I love this restraunt. I eat their food probably every week. I pick-up and order takeout alot but I don't mind eating there because it is a nice quiet place and it is never really crowded. I have a lunch buffet but I always order off the menu. I'm not really much of a buffet person. But I have to say they have the best wonton soup and pan fried dumplings i've ever had.

MY REVIEW: My husband and I truly enjoyed our lunch at China Villa. We went after church on a Sunday, expecting a crowd. We were worried when we were the first to arrive at 12:15; however, those fears went away when the food arrived. I had the General Tso's and my husband had the Sesame Chicken. We did not have to wait long for our food (a few other groups had come through by this point). We never had an empty glass...our waiter was very attentive. The portions were huge...my husband was disappointed in no lunch buffet on Sunday, but he couldn't even finish his plate. It was a great lunch at a great bargain...$10 leftovers to boot.

MY REVIEW: I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chinese. Not only is the food great but they deliver in Copperfield! I order food to be delivered at least once a week lol It is the fastest delivery I have ever seen. Usually within 30 minutes, still very hot and TONS of food. The prices are very reasonable. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have always had a great meal.

MY REVIEW: This place is terrific. It's like P*F Chang good but super affordable. I usually shun Chinese Buffets, but this is outstanding. The buffet is only for lunch. You can still order off the menu if you want. For the lunch buffet they bring out a huge variety and make small batches so that everything is fresh. They are also not afraid to use seasonings and everything is very flavorful. I like my food spicy and when I ask them to make my food spicier they comply and it is wonderful. This is a great affordable place to eat with a huge menu whether dining for lunch or dinner.
