I drive 1 hr.15 minutes to get to this lovely place to meet my daughter(she is a student at Texas A&M in College Station, just a few minutes down Hwy. 6) there for a wonderful and fun lunch. We have only had wonderful food and service. It is a beautiful tea room with excellent food and service. We love the complimentery cup of spice tea and different sweet breads that are brought almost the second you sit down. The people are so kind and we love the food. We have just as much fun after our lunch when we enjoy the garden nursery that is right in the center of everything, and the lovely gift shop by the tea room and the main gift shop area up front...not to mention just walking around enjoying the sites here. Looking forward to the Mother's Day Tea with my daughter, my mom, and my niece. This place is Texas at it's finest!
