(located a little outside Beltway 8...on the west side of town) Specialties: Hue style rice vermicelli in beef soup. Banh beo (tiny steamed rice crepes with shrimp) Comments: Both the specialty soup (Hue beef soup) and the banh beo dishes were excellent. Also liked the shrimp and crab with wide rice noodle soup as well. This second soup actually had what appeared to be little, bite-sized, fried shrimp and fried crab cakes instead of actual shrimp and crab. Cafe Sa Dua and lemonade was great too.
