The place is very much a local eatery. The pupusas (the ones I got were with cheese) were FANTASTIC. The food is freshly prepared and tasty. I really thought the slaw/cabbage dish that's served with it was great. A bit of a language barrier, but nothing insurmountable. I plan to try it again to sample some more dishes.
