Cafe Extraordinaire

MY REVIEW: Located in a sleek, contemporary atrium of the Houston Design Center, Cafe Extraordinaire is a great place to go for lunch (they only do lunch and events I believe). The menu is small but changing and always very interesting. The service is considerate and prompt. The creative menu is always well-prepared and prices are reasonable (nothing over $12). I had a great chicken scalopini in a madeira reduction which was far better than some restaurants I've paid cosiderably more at. It's a great altrnative to the usual lunch hustle and bustle you find other places in the Galleria and parking is never a problem. I recommend it highly. Plus, though the shops only sell to the trade, they make for great window shopping.
