Will be going back!!! Attended a high carb meals for endurance athletes class. I am training for the MS150 and summer events. The variety of food was great. The taste was even better. The chef, Norie, was informative and patient ( I have no skills in the kitchen what so ever ). There was also a dietitian assisting with teaching the class that is a cycling coach too...to that was right up my ally. i learned alot from the class. And felt very comfortable in the atmosphere. Made things from Chilis Southwest Egg Rolls, Churrascos Tres Leches, and a heavenly chocolate tofu tart (don't let the tofu fool you! It tastes great!) The instructor was very informative, friendly and approachable. We had a lively question and answer session. This is where you get the chefs tips that you can't find out by reading the recipe. MY REVIEW: Surprised to see such a private and welcoming atmosphere. The classes are held by a professional chef and registered/licensed dietitians. Felt personal and comfortable. The instruction and information was easy to follow and helpful for a healthy lifestyle. Food and drinks were excellent..prices good too. Recommend defintitely!
