Marty's Cafe (CLOSED)   123 Midway St Spring TX MY REVIEW: Being a previous restaurant owner whose best item was a Panini and having wrote four articles on ciabatta bread and panini sandwiches, I know good a good Panini and Marty's has outdone my recipe. The Panini was just the best and the made from scratch pesto on the sandwich just made it that much better. Both my wife and I ordered a panini and both devoured the sandwich. The best part though is the interior ambiance of the restaurant. The custom wood work and tables made me feel like I was home on the range. The restaurant would be perfect for a business meeting. I strongly suggest Marty's to everyone. They are well worth the visit. And the pumpkin crunch...the only thing bad about it is that it's only served in the Fall. Herb muffins served with every meal are melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
