MY REVIEW: Love this place... Very clean and delicious burgers. I had the fish once and it was very tasty also. We go there about once a week for lunch, you can't get a better tasting burger in pearland, not even at the new places over by 288. And, as everyone else has stated, the owner/manager always greets you with a smile and checks on you during your meal. Love it!

MY REVIEW: I'm letting the secret out: Best burger in Cypress! The beef is always very fresh tasting and cooked to perfection. I love their fixins bar. Generous portions at a reasonable price.

MY REVIEW: We have visited the Pasadena location before and have always enjoyed Burger Tex. Recently we visited the Pearland location and was not disapointed. LIke others have said, the burgers are great and the fantastic buns are a big part of it. I couls easily eat a sack of their burgers they are so good. The fries are decent also. The lady that manages this location was wonderful, very personable, making sure everything was OK, I almost felt like I was at mom's house. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. Very pleased!

MY REVIEW: The burgers are always delicious, hot, juicy, and fresh! The buns are toasted and the meat is cooked to perfection. I recently discovered their new location on Barker Cypress Road near 290 next to S*hipleys. Same great service and burgers for about the same price as the fast food combos but taste much better. My favorite is the fresh veggies. The homemade picante is my favorite. I always put it on the burgers and fries.

MY REVIEW: CLOSED. One of only two places I ever found (and the other is only a few miles away on the same street) that offered a sort of Philly cheese steak on a round burger bun. Odd, but good nevertheless. Their other items were also good, and good value. I like build-your-own burgers.
Burger Tex is an Austin creation with numerous locations around Houston. Sadly, this one didn't make it, even after getting established for some time. They just didn't seem aggressive about advertising, coupons or any of that stuff, and the location wasn't visible enough for them to make it on just that.
The F*ish Place, with a dozen other locations in Galveston and Harris counties, will be opening in BT's building very soon. (9/10)

MY REVIEW: Fast friendly service. The burgers are excellent. Juicy pattie on a toasted bun, topped with fresh veggies and choice of sauces. I will certainly go there again. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give Burger Tex 3.5

MY REVIEW: I had driven by the place on the way to work every day for the past five years and had seen the reviews of it here, but since I work over on the other side of town I never had a chance to stop by for lunch, until a week ago when I was out on a Saturday afternoon, and thought I'd give it a try. I don't know that I'd say they were the absolute best burgers in town, but I will say that I haven't found better for the price I paid. I stopped in at 2PM and the condiment bar was well stocked and fresh and the place wasn't crowded at all. I'll be going back, that's high praise indeed.

MY REVIEW: When I started my new job on this side of town I asked my boss where I could get a "homestyle" burger. He recommended this place! WOW, it was so good I had to go back the next day, just to be sure it wasn't a fluke! Now my friends and I frequent it at least once per week.
The burgers are hot and juicy, the bread is devine and the fries are perfect!!! They are crinkle cut: crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside!! I really like condiment bar - you can pile on (or not) all your favorite veggies (so as not to feel so guilty about the burger).
Others wrote about the "cranky Koreans", but they are always friendly to us - just busy (jam-packed is more like it). Actually, we have dubbed the place "Korean Burger", everyone always knows where we are referring to. I believe they are the next best thing to homemade.

MY REVIEW: I drove by this place for three years, wondering if they really were the "best burgers in town" -- guess I'm a sucker for simple advertising. Didn't actually try it until I saw someone I know eating one of their takeout burgers, and she said they were really good. As everyone else has said, the kicker is the outstanding bun. The condiment bar is pretty good; I leave off the usual fixins and pile on the pico de gallo, then help myself to pickles on the side. The only drawback is the cranky Korean staff, but ultimately the scenario is just funny. Now I take uninitiated friends just to see cranky Koreans cook up great burgers. One other thing, I would disagree with other praise of the bulgogi burger. I think it's overly sweet and overpriced for the amount of meat you get. The flavor is closer to teriyaki sauce than authentic bulgogi. Stick to the American stuff.

MY REVIEW: No frills, fresh cooked burgers. Fries to order, and ... bulgoki (sort of the korean equivalent of Philly cheese steak, only without the cheese).
Nothing fancy, but I love this place. Burger, fries, iced tea. Yum!

MY REVIEW: Best burgers in TOWN. The buns are baked fresh and the #2 with cheese is the only thing I order. Why change something that doesn't need changing? The fries are seasoned to perfection they use the freshest ingredients and they are truly customer friendly. I have burger tex about as often as I think about it. Heck I might go right now.

MY REVIEW: Boy oh Boy! I've tried a lot of burgers but this place is in my top 5 which is considered very, very good! Hot, fresh; they cook it, you fix it. Good quality meat, fresh flavor, and juicy...not dry, and again...hot!

MY REVIEW: Tried this place last week on a whim. Picked up a cheeseburger and fries through the drive-thru. Food was piping hot fresh. This is the best fast food burger I've ever had! What a nice surprise, especially since the place looks kind of bad from the outside.

MY REVIEW: The highway 6 location is kind of tucked away in a half abandoned strip mall, but it's worth seeking out. I've only been once, but something about the way these burgers are seasoned makes me crave another. The fries are just ok, but the burger will definitely make me come back. The service is very friendly.
