MY REVIEW: The toughest steaks my dinner partner and I had ever had. Tough and very, very chewy. Service was poor. We had to wait way too long on numerous occasions for our waiter to appear in the dining room. There were only 3 tables being served at dinner, so there was no reason for poor, unaware service. For a good steak, I wouldn't mind the weak service. For the really bad piece of meat (sirloin) we got, the service merely added insult to injury. Very expensive considering what we got. We were there on a coupon and will not go back, even with another coupon. Very disappointing and, given the reputation of Omaha Steaks, very surprising.

MY REVIEW: Took my wife and used our entertainment card (great way to try new places). We each had steaks. They were cooked perfect but they were only good. Had better @ sal*grass or t*aste of te#as. Meals come with only side of mashed potatoes. No salad. About 25$ each before coupon. Perhaps a free standing steakhouse vs. a hotel restaurant would be better. Looks like a dont we.

MY REVIEW: I had lunch there 3 days in a row during a stay.
Overall it was very inconsistent. They had a scrumptuous beef and barley soup, and a nice stuffed chicken, but their sliced beef and a mexican buffet were disappointingly bland. The desserts looked great, and they tasted ok, but none of the ones I tried was really special.
Service was profesional appearing but pushy at times and I definately felt rushed to give up my seat when I was done, even though the restaurant was not crowded at all.
If you stay at the Sheraton, I recommend giving the restaurant at the Hotel Intercontinental a try instead. I have had some nice, quiet dinners there and it is just next door. Another good choice would be G*rotto which is just across 610 on the other side of Westheimer. It's somewhat of a party scene at the G*rotto bar, but the main restaurant is more subdued and suitable for families.

MY REVIEW: The food was good, but nothing incredible. Whatever it is that they put on top of the bread is WONDERFUL!! The service was average, with a very attentive manager. Overall, a pleasant experience.

MY REVIEW: Their food is great! Nothing better than a perfectly Med-Rare steak cooked to perfection.
The staff is personable and professional. The management is HOT! Table cloths at dinner would really dress the place up a bit.
